Well ... he says there are a lot of different models now. His is the first generation, the most basic one that just sends either okay or "help" messages. So, what he says might not apply to yours.

DH has one, I don't know how it works, but if no one else here comes up with anything I can pass your questions on to him ...
+1 to all of that ... still having a lot of trouble from the fall 14 months ago after which I brushed myself off and finished the interval on pace ...
So definitely don't take or sign anything...
One thing to be aware of, that has become increasingly clear to me via my injuries this year, is how much a part your SHOULDERS play in all of that.
Handedness - and asymmetrical ergonomics such...
Shop says the frame is fine. And, they had an identical derailleur hanger in stock. Yay.
'Course, after the 100+ mile round trip to get the part, and dragging the bike in and out of there without...
Also, did you let the barometric altimeters "settle" before you turned the timers on and started riding? It takes about 20 minutes for my 705 to stabilize after I turn it on. I expect the newer units...
So I took my bike out of its shipping box and went to reassemble it, and the derailleur hanger is rocking. What?
Somehow, the threads of one of the mounting bolts got stripped. I have to assume...
Five hundredths of a mile ... there could have been that much REAL difference in the distance two people rode on two separate bikes. You know when you run a race, and your watch always shows greater...
Great news! Hope the move goes smoothly.
Would a harness be enough? http://www.amphipod.com/products/visibility/ledslighted-bands/xinglet-flash-led (available with or without LEDs and phone pocket)
Oh, wow, that is scary. (((((Jordyne)))))
That's pretty much normal where I live. And if the cops were to come out (which they pretty much only do in case of a fatality, which thank God this wasn't), all they do is find a way to blame it all...
Hoo, boy. Glad you're not hurt worse. There are riders I won't ride behind, and groups I won't ride with, for similar reasons. You can talk to them all you like and it's like it doesn't apply to...

I don't honestly know what's technically "referred" pain and what isn't, but I would wonder if it's the fascia that are not quite right after you tweaked your shoulder. I'm sure you know with all the...
Glad you got out!
And +1 on looking for a hybrid that fits you better. Tooling around on my errand bike is a WHOLE different trip than the roadie, and when motivation is low, it's so much less of...
It could definitely be a misalignment in the bike, but it could be a misalignment in your body, too. I had a 3 mm offset in the sides of my pelvis last year  - don't know whether that was from...
((((((kajero)))))) I think the 5 cent answer to whether it's the depression or something else is, do you still enjoy doing OTHER things you used to like, or is it only the bike?
If you're having...
Wow. Take that indeed!
Well happy birthday to both of you!
I guess it was a good weekend, my baby sister, my step-wife (thanks to LPH for that GREAT term :D) and a good friend of DH's all had birthdays, too.
YOU'RE still here! :D Hiya Sue! <waving>
Thanks for the bump ... hadn't seen that before, and it IS a great story.
Yay Red! That's awesome! :D
What nybiker said.
I'm betting your bonk had a WHOLE lot more to do with your illness and lack of sleep. I think you're right that if you'd been healthy, you wouldn't have lost that much fitness...
No reason to limit yourself to trying "women's" saddles. What's your sitbone width? Just like the bones they're intended to fit, saddles marketed to women tend to run overall slightly wider than...
