I'm actually looking into the Rudy Project Ekynox SX just because I love the look and also need the RX clip-ins...
You'd actually be surprised how little pain is involved in (at least ear) piercing... I guess I look a little 'tribal' with 5/8ths inch and 6gauge stretched lobes and a couple cartilage piercings,...
What sort of pierce do you have? I have a vertical hood that pinched me until I moved up to 8gauge just recently and now except for it pressing on the saddle a little, I barely notice it at all... ...
I'd think the bikini area would require more bravery ;) I know what it's like to have that stuff pierced, but the concept of waxing and pulling all those hairs out scares me...
What do you ladies use to wax?
I shave and I kind of hate it... but depillatories tend to give me UTI's...
How do you ladies wax?
Thanks

Has anyone had a problem with these, gone through with the galbladder removal surgery and gotten back on the bike? I'm waiting for the final diagnosis, and I'm trying to reassure myself that it's...
I've also found that there's a possibility one may need the larger size regardless of childbirth... The 'keeper_cup' forum on Livejournal had several ladies saying women with well endowed husbands...
Sorry about being AWOL so long... some medical problems have kept me out of the saddle for awhile =P
Anyway, with the advent of their treatment and the coming of summer, I've found an interesting...
I'm not going to let this slip... I'm making the appt. soon, don't worry. =)
I haven't yet been diagnosed, but I'm going to the doctor sometime soon and kind of expecting it from the information I got on Mayoclinic's site online.
I've had a sort of arythmia/fluttering in...
where IS that oregonian outlet? mmmm squishy Pi Chamois....
He laughted at my posting it, though he does think the padded underwear look like they'd be nice. Usu. he's kind of modest but told me yesterday "For you, I'd bike in a speedo" Woo! I...
At our first group ride Saturday, My husband made the observation that everyone was wearing lycra shorts, and he rather wants to, too... especially for the padding. I've kind of been discouraging it...
LOL trekchick, more power to you!
Yeah, that is important. Some of the reviewed products, almost all of the reviews made after a month or 3 months say "THESE RULE" etc, while you see a marked difference after about a year... I...
This isn't an ad, but it might sound kinda like one... My hubby and I are kinda low on cash, so it behooves us to seek out the best deal on pricey bikestuff we can. We support our local LBS as much...
I just quit depo-provera this january, and while I was awaiting the return of my period, I found this forum and first heard of 'instead' and 'keepers' ... I got the video for 'instead' and the little...
hmm... you could go 'retro' and try to find a "my little pony" to put on...
It started on pretty tricky woodland singletrack behind my apartment. My hubby's bike had decided to die on him, and I said I wanted to go for one more quick run through the maze-like trails. My...
My husband had a Sun Cycle (?) EZ cruiser 1 for four years and LOVED it. He only retired it because after I got into singletracking he couldn't bike with me much- they're not good at off-road...
For some reason, I have the hardest time keeping my feet on the pedals. I go for a short and not-too-difficult singletrack ride, and at least once on the trail, I lose a pedal and (often enough) get...
*sniffle* That's really sweet... and sad....
my answers are never one-size-fits-all. ... one size fits most, some don't fit at all, and some seem really awkward no matter who tries to fit it... =)
I wonder if the reason for the righties' strong preference for unclipping the left instead of the right comes from having more strength in the right leg to start (provided the right pedal is at 12...
those are the ones I was eyeing, too!
