B: Whole wheat toast with almond butter
-Ran 3 miles
S: White chocolate mocha with skim milk..so bad but so good
L: Whole wheat pasta with roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, and a bit of cottage...
Thanks for the responses. It helps to know that others have been there (which I obviously knew but I need people to tell me that).
Thanks for posting that Miranda. Performance is always a big...

If you would like another angle, I will add more...
Trying here before ebay...
I'm selling a pair of Sidi Bullet 2 MTB shoes, size women's 40. The shoes have approximately 10-15 spin classes on them and have seen the roads no more than 50 miles. ...
For some reason I've fallen out of love with riding. I missed a few months because of injury and now I'm focusing on getting my running endurance back. I can't seem to motivate myself to take that...
5'3.5" and some change, so I rounded up. I ride a non-wsd 51cm Jamis Ventura Race. I am ok on either non/wsd bikes, but I feel more comfortable on the non-wsd because of (I suspect) my long arms...
I definitely appreciate the Yuengling carrier. :D
Ooooo that is nice, really, nice. If I weren't paying for grad school right now that would take some serious contemplation. Darn. So nice.. I love the red.
3.1 miles today... Somehow I have started to run faster post injury and I actually set a 5k PR in training. Oops. Too bad at the end of that run, my hip was nagging again.
All I can say is I wish my Ds were that perky and only bounced that much without a bra!
Niiiice.
As much as I pretend I don't, I am secretly coveting a pink "girly" bike.
Thanks for the pointers deb. The stem looks to need replacing but the seatpost and bb look good. All of the cables, chain, derailleurs, etc are TOAST, however.
I contemplated making a new thread 2 days ago, but never did for some reason. I ran yesterday, not today, so we'll just pretend that counts for now.
I ran 3 miles after not being able to run...
That is something you'll have to ask the bike shop. Some will order it and understand that it may not be the right fit. Others will insist that you have to purchase another bike from their store...
I'm glad this was brought up because I'm always pondering if it would be more beneficial for me to stay in the small chainring most of the time with my lack of speed/strength. Typically on flats I...
Way to go on what sounded to be a great race!!
My mom has a 1980 Schwinn (something) road bike that is very heavy but very awesome. The chain, derailleurs, everything is completely rusted. I'd love to make this my little pet project over the...
That bike is completely fantastic and I'm completely wanting one. Sometimes I think that I should have purchased a cross bike--I really like to play in the mud and that would give me a great excuse.
I'm grabbing the water bottle and maybe the tshirt. I wish I could scrounge up the money for a jersey. :(
I'm guilty of those kinds of judgments too. Around here though, I see the 15/16 year old kids riding either the very nice bike or the bike that is VERY obviously too small for them and likely...
Finally made it out to the LBS, 45 minute drive for a 5 minute repair!
A bit of cable adjustments and it seems to be shifting just fine but we'll see what happens the next time I can take...
Thanks for bumping, Eden. I'd love to try out racing someday, once I can get off the injured bench! I need things like that to satisfy my uber competitive side.:o
ah now I've really done it, but I'm sure an easy fix for the LBS. After cleaning (and trying to be a mechanic) I have it stuck in the small chain ring. Oops. I think I'll be dropping my bike off...
I run outside. Treadmills equal complete misery to me and you will only find me on one if it storming or there is ice on the ground!
