Was in Seattle Friday thru Sunday. Nice to run at sea level. Staying downtown, jogged 3 miles Saturday morning. Walked 5 miles at Public Market.

3 miles at lunch, in a residential neighborhood. Very warm, but quite nice. It's fun to see different scenery.
Same bat time, same bat place. Jogged 2, recover 1. Some excitement tonight, as a running group was doing their recovery jog, I tried to keep up for a better time on mile 2. :)

3 miles again last night, ditched spin class to jog at park. Days are getting shorter, don't like to jog at park when it's dark. On the bright side, maybe I will get faster as the weather gets cooler...
