I biked to work for the first time all year and I plan to do it everyday this week. I'm trying to get my students on board but I haven't had many takers yet.
I think it takes some work to find the combination of things that works for you. You can add lots of veggies to your meals to bulk them up and there's nothing wrong with using the extra points.
Last summer I found "quinoa flakes" at a health food store. When cooked it was the consistency of grits and very tasty. I need to find some more of that.

My usual breakfast is an egg and egg whites scrambled with spinach and a laughing cow wedge. I also toast up a couple of mini pitas from Trader Joes.
