Wow, I'm flattered for the blog post for my article!
We have received a lot of great feedback, it seems that about 8 out of 10 folks (women and men) find that a version of the Adamo solves a lot...
I'm wondering if there are any industry employees going to Quality Bicycle Products Frost Bike in February. Would love to meet up!
I've been using a Gore face warmer. if I use a balaclava and it's not freezing out my glasses fog up and I'm useless to see.
The face warmer just comes up to my nose, and due to it being gore...
All great answers to the Gore-Tex and wool questions..
Last night was the last local cyclocross race for the season. There is a regional one but it doesn't jive with managing a bike shop, so I'm limited to the one our one store sponsors on Tuesday...
Here's my follow up post about my pre-season plans and goals for 2010!
http://bikeshopgirl.com/2009/11/pre-season-part-ii/
Thanks shootingstar!
Goal #1 and the biggest for 2010 is to be the first female finisher of Trans Iowa. My goal is to finish, but it would be nice to kick some guys butts too!
The rest of...
From underneath, inside out.. or you put your hand on your breast over your base layer and push it in the sports bra.
The base layer should also be like a second skin (like long underwear) and...
Oakleaf -
A zip neck? I would disagree.. having a zipper tight against my skin sounds terrifying..
I use Craft's or Defeet's base layer which come up to my neck, if not higher..
Crankin - this is the best time of year to look back, reflect and get ready for the next season. It may not mean to start training, but to get yourself relaxed and putting your feet up is part of...
I was working on a "pre-season" write up for Bike Shop Girl and I thought I would chime in over here.
What are you ladies planning for 2010? What's your goal races, and just goals?
We used to have a large poster of that hanging in the womens bathroom in the bike shop.
Now that I think of it, I don't know where it went....
Has anyone tried my crazy idea of base layers under the bra?
