154.4 this morning. I need to focus for the rest of the challenge until 9/2!
153, mostly back on track. I am so glad to have this forum - it is very motivating! I have a friend that is riding in the Philly Livestrong Challenge and hope to do it next year.
155.4 (ate too much at the wedding)
155 Friday morning - I'm on track and my dress fits for the wedding I am attending tonight :)
157 yesterday - chinese food! That's what I am hoping it is anyway.
I was 158 yesterday - not quite on track, but close.
I am 159 for the weigh in. Had some job stress this week and my father-in-law had surgery - I ate too much cookies and candy - my downfall. Back on track now!
160 on July 9. My goal for September 3rd is 150.
