Have you looked on eBay?
My Impreza just politely asked that I order that jersey. She really wants me to have it. Really. It was all her idea. ;)
(and my 86 GL and 96 Legacy sent psychic messages -from where ever they are now- supporting the Imp.)
you are too funny!
I have an impreza too...plus I LOVE pink....so it is my dream jersey! :)
Just wish it was a little cheaper :/
I'm not a pink girl, but my WRX says I must have the blue one. I tried discussing this with her but she does not know the difference between "boy" and "girl" jerseys and is trying to convince me that we can just order a different size and wear it anyway ;)
this site had one but I don't know the price conversion

I *so* love that jersey. I don't have a Subaru, but I'm sure my Gary Fisher would like it!!
The currency conversion on xe.com was 36.99 GBP = 68.74 USD. The price is great... the problem is shipping! The shipping rate quoted on the Bikefilth website (http://www.bikefilth.com/article/mcs...1-e871b9527dc9) is 40 pounds for shipping outside UK & Europe -- that's $74.34. *sigh*
Saw the Jersey in my LBS the other day. Price tag--$89.99. Guess new=pricey. It's a nice looking jersey, though!!
yeah I saw that one too--I got all excited until i saw the shipping cost-YIKES!
How depressing....well I may just have to somehow convince someone to buy it for me! (too bad I just missed my birthday.....can't use that as an excuse). I am part of a Subaru Impreza club here in town (nasioc.com) and maybe I should convince those boys I would look soooo cute it it and that they should buy it for me. LOL
I have searched every site I can think of, and I have only been able to find it on those two site.....guess youre right....new=expensive
*sigh*
Make sure you check out www.usmb.net too.
That's Ultimate Subaru, the group I belong to. They do all subies. Old or new, fast or slow. A lot less testosterone than NASIOC which is why I am with USMB. Jamie Thomas (of Burnsie fame) is a very active member. Go Subie Gals! (Jamie is "SubieGal")
Also, I assume you already get SubieSport magazine? Wouldn't it be great to have them publish your car's pic with you AND your bike AND your Subaru jersey?
SubieGal rocks! I wanted to be a rally driver after reading her adventures! :DQuote:

I just like it because it's pink AND Subaru... ;) (a dream come true)
hmm..you are right though...that WOULD be a cute picture.....
well--I ordered it yesterday.
LOL I was sick of staring at it online all day at work, and the fact no one offered to buy it for me, made me depressed ;)
I ordered it through a local bike shop though because then I at least saved money on the shipping. I did ask if there was a 'cute girl discount' and the guy laughed... so either I am not cute, or there is no discount! not sure which LOL
can't wait!
My Outback is so jealous.
I just saw the matching shorts at Mack Cycle in South Miami. Very cute. I don't remember the cost, but you could call and ask. I think they ship anywhere.
Jamie is a very nice person in Real Life(tm) too though most rallyists are. My husband and I have raced against many of the in Rim of the World rally, Treeline, etc. When we're not racing we sometimes will also help with communication at the rallies (we're both ham radio operators)Quote:

These days I'm not codriving (Mike Warfield of Gruppe-S is now), but I still get involved. :) It's a very fun sport and if any of you are interested in rallying, check out http://www.specialstage.com/ :)
If any of you are interested in seeing the race car, you can see a couple of pictures here:

In the picture on the left (titled "Neilflying") I'm in the car with my husband Neil. In the picture on the far right, Mike is in the car with Neil. Both pictures were taken at Rim of the World though in different years. :)
Mel
"oooh, oooh, Subaru. Got the brains and the beauty, too!"
My son and I used to sing that ad riding in our first Subie, and still do sometimes now in our 3rd Subie. (wife's Subie probably counts as #4... but it's hers, not mine) Probably showing my age, cuz I think that ad was a looooooong time ago. SKnot's never actually seen it.
Melody,
I love rally events too. I haven't had the opportunity to participate in a real one, but my firned just got back from wrc in mexico--very cool
I have several friends that do the local ones likes LSPR (Lake Superior Pro rally) and things like that.
I do auto-cross...keep my subie on the pavement and in a safe(er) place :)
Oddly Knotted...I can picture you singing that --pretty darn catchy if you ask me!
woohoo it arrived! :D
Me in front of Lake Michigan this evening....
Very nice!!!
Love the new avatar, too!
I just can't justify buying one, so I'll enjoy it vicariously through you. Very nice jersey. My Impreza commends you!
