(2) what your weight is on Friday the 8th of July (or whatever day works best for you)
(3) what your goal weight is for 2nd of September - if you want to, if you don't want to set a goal like that, then no worries.

Hello everyone.
Now: 134
By September: 125
I've been at 134 for more than a month now. I've returned to cycling after slacking off for a year and have been riding 5 times a week and limiting calories. Nothing much has changed on the scale -- it went down for a few days then back up and seems to be stuck there.
So it's nice to hang out with y'all and feel inspired. :)
