A couple of my favorites:
I think Bike Snob is hysterical http://bikesnobnyc.blogspot.com/
I also enjoy this local velo club blog on cyclocross: http://blog.fritesenmayo.com/
I follow Fatty and several of his friends (www.fatcyclist.com)
Also Jill Homer (arcticglass.blogspot.com)
But I'm always looking for more suggestions - good thread idea!
Great thread! I love reading blogs and will check out all the ones here. My two favourites are:
The Minx-girl blog - http://minxcompendium.blogspot.com/
Bike Writer's blog - http://www.pedaltohealth.blogspot.com/
I enjoy the non-cycling blogs on here too - Shannon's lights, and am trying hard to follow up every blog I see linked to in a signature.
my current favorite is http://familyonbikes.org/blog/
a family riding bikes from alaska to argentina, they are in argentina now but still have a ways to go before their journey ends
Warneal, that is just way too funny, we both posted a similar thread, but I didn't see your's or I wouldn't have started a new one!
I like several that others have mentioned and try to visit the blogs where links are posted in the signatures or tips from other members. I've bookmarked all that I have read or even glanced at and found intriguing and expect that it will make good reading during the winter non-riding months. Yes, I am one of those up here in the north country where it gets cold and no I am not a brave soul to get out regularly in the cold months.
Hebe, thanks for the compliment, I am glad you have enjoyed reading.

[WARNING - I just discovered that the most recent blog post by iamtedking is about his friend cooking calf's heart. With photos. So, you might want to close your eyes and scroll down to the more appetizing posts involving muffins and pumpkin-related food. Unless you're a real carnivore, in which case, have at it. (This being the off-season, his love of food is front and center right now.)]
And the aforementioned bikesnobnyc/RTMS which makes me laugh out loud every day. Any time I find myself saying "back in the day" I think of a dachsund...
When I get around to it, I touch upon these:

http://cyclingisgoodforyou.blogspot.com/
I prefer blogs that cover other areas of the world, not just North America..of which there is plenty on the 'Net.
But then, sometimes I'm busy feeding my own blogs. :o

I've been enjoying Lovely Bicycle.
http://tucsonvelo.com/
It's a lot of local (Tucson, Arizona) coverage, but he also posts very frequent "link roundups" with cycling-related news articles from across the globe. He also posts a lot of his own exploits--like a recent entry where he brought a (boxed) Christmas tree home on Black Friday on his xtracycle.
Again on Ted King...so funny!
