Our future cyclist is finally here

He was 10 days overdue, which drove me insane, but he is so worth it! Everett Randolph was born on 2-13-08, weighing in at 6 lb 5 oz and 21 inches long. He's got his daddy's legs, which is a good thing, he should make a fine cyclist and runner.

My bike was tuned up in January, it's sitting in the basement waiting until I'm ready to start riding the trainer. I had a 2nd degree internal tear, not too bad. I'm going to the gym for the first time tomorrow, going to see how it feels to sit on the stationary.
