Trek group?

Who wants to be in it?

Other than being a member of the forum and riding a trek should there be anyother requirements? I am happy with that.

I have some experience with graphics, but I have never made a website.

it's really easy. find some cool graphics that you like for a background and I'll help you. Find someone who already has a website. (maybe another Trek owner)
once it's up you don't have to do anything.

Anyone with a website willing to volunteer it?

I do not have a website, but I do have a Trek, the wole family has Trek bikes. :D

Almost all internet service providers have web space available to their users for website creation. Basically, all you have to do is ask. There's also free hosting available through yahoo groups, etc.

I can help you with creation of a basic site.

I have space through my ISP too. I could help host. I was just "playing" with the site builder - not too intense. Just need to find some cool graphics.

I LOVE all three of my Trek bikes!! Does that let me in?

Yahoo groups are pretty easy to start. No charge and you can set them up pretty much however you want. They've got space for pics, too.

i'm totally in. i have two Trek road bikes (5200 and Madone) and DH has one (5200).

Golly, this is great- so many Trek owners! But where to start? I suppose we should find a background. Any ideas gang? Also I suppose we should each work on getting the most awesomest picture of us and our bikes. Hold on to them for now and we can work out who will make the website.

I have web space, I will try - but need help finding a great background! Unless someone has a "strong passion" to build it! I know I need a picture my bike with more of it and definitely less of me! :eek:
