I used to have two panniers hanging on my rack...but they actually added weight and I wasnt filling them up with purchases. So I took them off and I just have the rack with two big bungee cords, and a little roll-up tote bag snapped on the rack. I got the burgundy one, it looks really nice on my black bike. It's a quick release so it's only rated for 8lbs... but it should do fine for running to the co-op for a loaf of bread.

Good lord there are so many posts that I would have commented on tonight wildly and freely back in the day... Alas, I have this little voice in the back of my head telling me "Oh you'd ruffle feathers".

Spazzdog I can update you. She is well and on her way back to Texas, near Dallas. She may already be there. I had brunch with her at Sauls last week before she left the Bay Area.

It's Passover, which makes me wonder whatever happened to Margo? And what about Bikingmomof3?
