Is fried pie what you have after deep fried turkey thanksgiving dinner?
THAT was some really cool video! My 7-yr-old son was mesmerized. lol
Some random thoughts:
The t.v.'s too loud.
I'm hungry.
I want some pie (thanks alot you guys).
Can't wait for my new range oven so I can bake some cookies (my current one is on the fritz).
What really is the meaning of life....and....
where is the end of the universe, and is there really a restaurant there? <wink>
And finally, I need another beer. :p

Giant zit apparently does not know that it's not supposed to be on a face this old!
Crows feet and zits, WTH!?
My a/c is on the fritz. Was actually nicer outside yesterday, in the shade, than inside... until the gnats found me.
I put my Element in the body shop to have a dent repaired (some guy door'd it). I felt very thrifty--throwing my bike in there, driving to the body shop, then riding my bike home.
Now I get to drive the beater Civic down to Little Rock tomorrow and to the dentist today (both too far to bike).
I hope the guys at the body shop find the keys up in the overhead console. I prolly could have left them in the ignition in this small town, but I don't want to tempt fate.

Oh, BMC...I don't know how you stand that. We haven't broken 95, yet, thank goodness. But since there's no plaster in the upstairs bathroom (still!) the bathroom has become just another compartment in the attic. Despite closing the door, opening the window and running the exhaust fan, it is like having a blast furnace turned on up there, and takes almost all night too cool off my bedroom which is across the hall.
And we haven't broken 95, yet. Gahh!

We keep having rain followed by 90+ temps...it's like living in a rain forest!
I love Seattle!
but i am still having hotflashes! and my face still breaks out regularly as well.
It will never end; this i know.
Same ole me...new name. :D
I went to Whole Paycheck thinking I'd get some supplies for the week for the office so I don't have to bring a lunch to work. A co-worker told me their 365 brand is competitive with "normal" grocery store brand.
Well, it's true. Wow. Milk a whole 50 cents cheaper than my "regular" grocery at home. So I loaded up on that and other stuff and ended up sweating my way back to the office.
Quick: a calculator -
Home: Milk is 3.99 - five miles from home (closest store) - sweaty 20 min uphill bikeride home.
Office: At wholefoods 3.49 - sweaty walkin' mile from office (32 from home... so it has to go home on the bus then bike pannier for 20 min uphill bikeride home...)
Was it worth it?
Well if you consider the extra work a benefit, yes. You got a walk, a little extra weight on the climb to help sculpt lovely legs. If it were 100 degrees there like here and you got home with spoiled milk, no. :p
I really despise SPAM text messages. I can handle them in my email but my phone I get excited thinking it is DH (we text at lunch/break). Now I just see it was a phishing thing trying to get me to call about some non-existent bank account. I wish it had been my sweetie.
New circuit board, new theromostat - a/c is working again. Nala the dog and the kitties are much happier. Their mom is estatic, until she got the bill. Isn't that what a savings account is for?
My new thermostat talks too. So long as it doesn't do wolf whistles as I streak from the bathroom to the bedroom, we'll get along just fine. :p
