Spent the morning taking care of veges - roasted a large squash and made puree out of it (into the freezer); cooked the southern greens; then started the roast to cook all afternoon. It must be that winter time nesting thing

B: 2 sourdough waffles with blueberries, cranberries, and walnuts, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee
I ate weirdly for the rest of the day. I was full from breakfast when I went to my consultation group meeting, so I ate 2 small slices of sheep's milk cheese with a little piece of pita bread, 2 olives, and a scone, with coffee
When I got home I ate serving of orzo and veggie salad before a grocery store destination ride.
D: (restaurant) glass of red wine, wedge salad, on which I scraped off most of the blue cheese, ate the lettuce, a little cheese and bacon bits, and I did eat the onion strings on top! Followed by chicken Tuscany (chicken with artichokes and tomatoes), Spanish rice, and asparagus. I ate half and took the rest home.
