My eating is getting a bit much... especially since I haven't ridden in 2 weeks! A few walks, a couple of step classes, core classes, but I still am dealing with bronchitis.
B: 2 slices machengo cheese, whole wheat deli flat, olive oil, 2 slices turkey bacon, blueberries, coffee
S: 3 dried apricots
L: salad with vinaigrette, chicken, avocado, cilantro, piece of bread
OK, goes downhill from here. It was my birthday. We had our monthly theatre tickets, and we decided to stay in Boston. Got there around 3, promptly went to the bar and had a beer, split a flatbread with tomato and mozzarella.
D: glass of red wine, appetizer of pumpkin gnocchi which I didn't finish it was so huge, sliced duck on pan fried brown rice, asparagus, cup of chamomile tea

Dinner (a banquet, can the food ever be good at a banquet?) piece of salmon, salad,did not eat the mashed potatoes (yuck); 2 steamed carrots and one piece of broccoli, two bites of white cake with coffee, 1 glass of red wine
B: (at hotel)
fruit plate, omelette with cheese, mushrooms, peppers, small croissant, coffee
L/S plain Greek yogurt with blueberries, dried cranberries, walnuts, cup of green tea, a couple of slices of cheese later
D: (restaurant) salad w/oil and vinegar, grilled salmon, sweet potato, asparagus, 1 piece of bread, glass of red wine.
B: oatmeal, 1 percent milk, 1/2 banana, coffee, with fresh juiced orange juice
L: small bowl of soup and piece of wg toast with butter
Snack 1 beer
D: beef pot pie (homemade), 1 glass of red wine
Back to normal after past few days with Hallowe'en, a work networking breakfast and a lunch out with a work colleague:

Yea, I drink alot of tea at home.

46-mile ride; Water, shot blocks, 2 packages of peanut M&Ms.
Lunch (also on ride): 6 chicken nuggets and a small coke from the McDonald's near the trail. :rolleyes: Since the alternative was bonking in the middle of nowhere...
Post-ride: Small eggnog frappucino. Tasty!
D: I have no idea. I'm too tired to contemplate cooking. Maybe huevos rancheros or something.
