D: Half a Boboli crust pizza (tomato sauce, cheese, one spicy Italian sausage, half a bell pepper, a clove of garlic and a fifth of an onion over the entire pizza). Leftover Brussels sprouts from last week.

Oh god, Philadelphia rolls were my downfall when I waited at a sushi place in college. Evil evil evil!
I've been using the sushi method to get in my servings of oily fish. It's a shame how hard it is to find fresh mackerel around here though :( I guess that serves me right living in the heartland. The bowl helps limit the amount of rice I have... 1 cup cooked max!

B: 2 egg omelette with avocado and pico de gallo, 2 slices turkey bacon, blueberries, coffee
L: 3 blueberry pancakes, in the middle of a 21 mile ride
D: sushi. Lots of it, salmon, white fish, and tuna, cup of miso soup, small salad, one beer

Saturday:

L: Harvest chicken sandwich from Quiznos on flat bread
D: 1 hot dog, 1 beer (we were at a tennis tournament)
Sunday: 1 egg, english muffin, bowl of oatmeal with pecans, and strawberries
Snack: 1 orange
L: some potato chips
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: 1/4 butternut squash filled with turkey sausage, rice, onions, zucchini, topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, 1 glass prosecco

B: Greek yogurt, with some black honey DH brought back from China, blueberries, slice of ww toast with soy nut butter
S: nuts and cranberries
L: Cobb salad, Mexican style during 23 mile ride, Luna Bar after ride
D: chicken sandwich on ww deli flat with provolone, tomato, mustard, cole slaw, cup of squash/mango soup, 2 squares dark chocolate

S: 1/2 granola bar
L: 1 bowl of chicken chili
D: 1 chicken thigh sauteed in skillet, purple beans, roasted potatoes, 1 beer

Yesterday:
Cereal, w/ 1%
2 slices ww toast with Red Dragon cheese, and turkey on one slice and roast beef on the other. The turkey tasted better--you could taste the cheese.
Dijon chicken (1/2 of a breast half--this looks like it was one freaky bird!), cider-glazed roasted root veggies (though it turned into me pouring hot apple cider with nutmeg over them...and I drank the rest of the cider!), brussels sprouts with a bit of garlic and bacon.
B&J's mint chocolate cookie ice cream.
Today:
It was going to be pumpkin bread with cream cheese, but I discovered that that part of the PB wasn't cooked all the way through. :confused: So it turned into PB crusts with cream cheese. :( Tea with milk and sugar.
Frappucino while studying, three mini scones.
I was so hungry by around four that I couldn't concentrate, and I got a chicken burrito bowl from a place near campus. It was edible...and that's all I can say for it. (Chipotle is better!)
Late dinner...roast beef on ww bread with a bit of cheese.
