65.4kg :)
Missed a couple of weigh-ins because I was travelling (visiting family in Sonoma, then riding in ALC), but it's back to real life again. Weighed in this morning at 211.6. Not a huge improvement, but I'll take it. I'm just too good at re-fuelling on big rides.

Oops - forgot to weigh in last week - pretty good this week sticking to a healthy eating plan - 141
Stuck at 146.

218 for me this week. I'm stuck within the same 2lb range. I'm trying to mix up eating and exercise to get un-stuck, but it's not working.
It's not helping that my doc says I'm banned from riding more than 20 miles. Ummm....lemme think about that. No. I'm ignoring that advice. It's a doc who doesn't get exercise at all. If he had his way, I would have done no exercise for the last 6 weeks.

204 :)
Ohhh, I cannot wait to be under 200 lbs again. I had sworn to myself that I'd never see this number again . . . .
Cutting out another 150 calories a day this week. I've been eating close to 2000, so this will bring me down to 1850. The following week I plan to cut another 150 to 1700. I'm easing into it.
145.
No loss this week :(

I have a knee injury and the meds are making me puffy. :( I'm off the bike for awhile.
I'm concerned about meds and puffiness too - I have an appt with my Dr on Tuesday and fear a round of steroids are in my future. UGH. That and an appt with a pulmonologist because my meds aren't controlling my asthma very well. I want to be able to breathe deeply again, but I don't want the steroids.

We've been away on a tour and have been so well fed I was afraid to step on the scale. Worked out ok I guess.
Down a pound to 156.
After all the anniversary splurging I've been doing, I'll take it! :)
154.5 yeah baby!
141.0 - down half a pound.
128.5
I was as low as 130 earlier this week, but rain rain rain AGAIN :mad: has me inside. Next week I go to Bike Virginia for five days, rain or shine so...
131 today.
Actually, I was at a low of 126.5 on Wednesday morning (pre-wednesday nite sushi), but I was definitely de-hydrated. After well-hydrating for the past two days, I'm back to a more reasonable number. :) It was fun seeing 126.5 on the scale, but it wasn't a healthy 126.5. I'll get there for real one of these days. Unless I keep eating so much sushi.... :p
mmmm....sushi.... :)
Heh, the morning after sushi, I was 169. Let's hope I see a similiar (or better) number tomorrow morning when I weigh-in!
The gods are working against me in terms of biking though. First a flat on my brand new tube (pin hole), then getting stuck late at work, then having to take my husband to the ER and only getting 3 hours of sleep... I swear, my luck is rotten these days! I'll probably get all set to ride tomorrow and then get hit by lightening in my driveway or something. :p
whoa, what's this about the ER?
Follow her on twitter and you'd know. :p
First day of vacation - I'm spending way too much time on the computer.

Nothning life-threatening. Just stupid testosterone, actually.
My H sliced his finger open yesterday afternoon but it took until 10 pm last night before I could convince him that he needed stitches. He was still bleeding so profusely that he couldn't drive. Lucky me!
And he's in a jolly mood (not!) because yesterday was his first day of 5 days off in a row to finish painting our house and building our wood shed...none of which he's allowed to do now. Ugh.
Ow, poor hubbie, sorry to hear that. That's testosterone for ya.
( And V, you're such a wizeazz. Get out on your bike, willya? ;) :D )
Saw your tweet about the emergency room. Hope Rick is OK!!
I'm still planning to do the Monday a.m. Donut Ride, if you're looking for a reason to get on your bike on Monday, assuming lightning hasn't struck you down first. The ride organizer reports there may even be a 3rd donut shop stop.... Given the route (and my plan to ride *to* the start) I'm fairly certain we'll burn off at least as many calories as we consume. :D

Yay--just took my measurements. Down .25" to .75" on all my measurements!!!! Woot!
130.8 for me today
pops head up
Someone say donuts??
Darn, I have to start riding again soon. This healthy eating is killing me.
:D
More updates!

I think we might get in trouble for talking about donuts in this thread! :p
I think Monday is a no go. I've got a 7am conf call that day. I may not have to call in but I also may not know until the last minute (problem child customers). We wouldn't be done that early, would we?
Yeah, those sticky fingers must make it hard to hold on to the pull-up bar, eh? :D
I'm perfectly content to "Ride to Eat" if it involves donuts (or sushi. but not at the same time). Especially this Monday's Donut Ride, departing at 4:30a.m. from VooDoo Donuts http://www.voodoodoughnut.com/ and finishing at Every Day is a Donut Day
http://portland.citysearch.com/profi...donut_day.html
If I ride *to* the start, I'll get in 35-40 miles AND 2 trips over the West Hills. I'll have earned a donut...
181.8. I attended a baby shower and the daddy to be is a Sushi chef and made huge platters of fresh sushi. I had to try at least one of each variety or it would of been rude right?
137.5 - Century Bike Ride in 2 days - I just had spaghetti for dinner - Carbing up for the big ride. ;)

Best wishes on your century, Lynnette!
