146.2
Now that I'm on Lifetime I only need to weigh in there once a month. I might still be posting my weekly weight using my home scale, I still need your collective eyes peering over my shoulder. :o :D

Updating, updating, updating. :)

Wrong direction, but traveling is killing me -- too many restaurant meals despite MUCH exercise. Hoping once I can get back to running I will trend the other way again at last.
141.6. Better than the last couple of weeks. I went back to the lower dose of the asthma meds two days ago -- hoping it will not be necessary to go up to the higher dose again in the future.
Hanging in at 138. I am prettty happy with that since I was traveling last week and did not exercise nearly as much.
Weird week! Monday I was up at least 2.5 lbs, to over 118 (salty dinner Sunday?) but went down every day, until today when the scale read 114.8. That is the least I've seen for a year! It may not last, but I'll take it!

New diet is working. Doctor agrees I need to fire nutritionist.
114 this morning
134.2 this morning.
I think that I am changing my target weight, for now, to 134. I am working to build muscle and am also in a body-fat loss challenge...and I am not supposed to be weighing right now anyway. However, I can't help it :o
I will be in on the next challenge, but more for accountability than actual loss. I either won't pick a target, or approach it from a maintenance perspective. I HAVE gained close to a pound since starting the extra calories - but is that from eating more or from building muscle? The bod-pod evaluation in a few weeks will show if I've lost body fat (crossing all fingers and toes on this one). Then again, less than a pound increase can be water weight...
Back to 145.0
But I hit a new personal record on my clean lift: 75lb! Woot!
-- gnat!
152.3 and now I know the scale is capable of reading something other than 151! I'm ok with this weight, too...it IS TTOM, so a little bump is to be expected. I'm wearing work pants today (as opposed to yoga pants or hiking pants) and they still fit fine so I'm satisfied.
I'm late to the party, having been on the road for Easter. 133, and I'm chalking up to TTOM.
I am pleased to report that my weight this morning was back to 133.2, so the apparent gain was indeed water retention from working out. This does make me more confident about the increased caloric intake...while I've not lost anything yet I won't know until the Bod Pod what is actually happening to my body fat percentage. I am actively trying to build strength so I am probably sabotaging myself by expecting to lose pounds - what matters is that body fat percentage.
