184- too many evil Girl Scout cookies.
Bad me. I gained a bit this week. 184.8. That's what I get for not eating great and not exercising. Back to the gym tomorrow!
I'm late posting and also having a bad week. 166.8
I'm so happy to report that I am finally seeing a change in my body! I feel so much stronger and healthier. I think I've lost around 20-25 lbs since last summer. Here is my before and current picture :)
I'm late, but there was no change anyway, so keep me at 164.8

I've lost 35 lbs since January 2009, (23 w/ the help of cycling. When people comment to about how I look since losing weight, my response is: "I feel so much better, that's the important thing".
145.6...painfully slow this time but at least it is continuing - I keep telling myself that it is due to all of the lean muscles that I am building :p
212.4 this week. A step in the wrong direction. Work keeps getting in the way!
227.5! I have to get all the weight loss in now as we are moving to another state in 3 weeks so I can start a new job. A big move+starting a new job=STRESS!
