It sounds like everyone's okay, mercifully.
Holy cow, a miracle that no one got hurt on those buses. Very very lucky.
Ok.
Here is just the first 2 inches of our snowfall which is supposed to be about a foot deep tonight.

I like the odd mix of cactus and snow, separated only by a pane of glass.... :D
Truly. It's amazing, really amazing, that no one was seriously hurt. That poor bus driver must have been beyond terrified. I'm sure the passengers were too, but the driver's the one who stared right into the abyss. Blechh. I'm mighty glad we both stayed home today.
Salsa - Eek!:eek::eek: Talk about a close call.
Lisa - Your Christmas cactus is beautiful.
what about the folks on I-5 that happened to look up? I might have wet my pants!!!!!!!
Ah, Fredwina photos. Always nice to see those. I especially like the one with the palm trees. What mountain range is this?

Okay, this weather just isn't funny anymore. Yikes!
Agreed. I'm starting to worry I won't be able to get to work on Monday. *sigh*
Hey CC, glad you made it and had a nice trip!!
It's 1F here with a -23F windchill, we usually don't get this kind of temp until February. :(
