yes, that's my son, the mathematician, on his honeymoon in Iceland. It only took 4 months, but we finally got to see the photos. (of course we think he's adorable)

Naw, life just keeps us busy. It certainly has its ups and downs!! DH was fired without cause today. This one doesn't have anything to do with the current economic situation, more like maniacal management.

It will take a few days to process this, get his resume updated and all that, during which I reserve the right to be occasionally p***ed off and irritated about it. But I am sure that very soon we will see the opportunity that he really needs to follow. Ultimately, this will be a good thing. Not sure when it's going to start *feeling* like a good thing....
