 D: baked chicken breast w/ skin!, garlic mashed potatoes, corn on the cob
 
 S: mixed nuts, 2 plums, 1 oz dark chocolate
 
 
 Today (9/1) -
 
 B: 3 eggs, 1/4 c pico de gallo, 1 c canteloupe, coffee with goats milk
 
 L: 4 oz leftover cold chicken, grilled zucchini, 1/4 c peas, 1/2 Lara bar
 
 D: herbed salmon, sauteed summer squash, mixed salad w balsamic vin.
 
 S: nectarine, apple, plum, 1/2 sweet potato (before my run),  mixed nuts

		yesterday:
 OK, I am having stomach and other issues, so my eating was strange.
 a piece of matzah and herbal tea
 whole wheat bagel/hummus 1/4 cup of coffee before ride with Tygab (remember her?), bottle of Nuun
 brown rice salmon sushi and 2 brown rice rolls (not sure of the name for these)
 cheese/ww pita chips
 ham and cheese sand. on ww roll, cole slaw, 2 pieces of chocolate
 
 today:
 egg white omelette with avocado and salsa, 2 slices turkey bacon, peach
 1.5 cups of coffee
 2.5 mile walk
 salad with kidney beans, brown rice, tomato
 packet of nuts and cranberries
 egg and artichoke heart frittata with low fat garlic herbed cheese, slice of ww raisin toast, blueberries
 2 pieces chocolate

		today:
 
 oatmeal with flax seeds, walnuts and blackstrap molasses. I added the molasses because I've had low energy the last couple of days, and I thought the iron might help. But ick. Too sweet for me.

 Lebna sandwich on a large pita with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled turnip and zata'ar seasoning.

		My report for yesterday is embarrassingly bad...

 10.5 mile fast ride
 
 Drove to the Cape, sat on the beach for 2 hours, went to restaurant where I had 2 beers, shared some tapas (cheese, chorizo bits, apple), fresh tomato and mozzarella salad, banana  encrusted halibut with jasmine rice and zucchini

 Post ride snack: low fat chocolate milk and multi-grain chips

 S: banana
 
 D: more roasted chicken, sprouted bread, tomatoes, onion, fresh figs for dessert, 1 Youngs Double Chocolate Stout
 
 Today
 
 B: scrambled egg whites, no-fat cottage cheese, bran cereal and skim milk. Coffee
 
 L: one hot dog with bun, trek mix
 
 short hike - banana during
 
 D: roasted chicken, steamed broccoli, skim milk and one small wedge of dark chocolate.
 
 Planning on having an oatmeal stout pretty soon, and will likely have a snack of an apple and no-fat cottage cheese later tonight

 43 mile very humid ride, ate one luna Bar during the first 20 miles, then a soy nut butter and jelly sand. on raisin bread. A bottle of Nuun and one bottle of water
 
 ate a slice of pizza (goat cheese and artichokes) at the LBS later on
 
 carrots and celery, hummus
 chicken sausage, 2 slices tomato, cole slaw

 Dinner (what I will eat tonight):  Morning-star farms chicka patty with cheese and a slice of tomato, 1 corn on the cob, 1/2 c homemade sweet pickles (made with Splenda, so no sugar)

		Yesterday was a nightmare - barely anything to eat all day until a massive salad at 3 pm.  My stomach was so mad at me for shoving in all that volume! :eek:
 
 Anyway, today is more normal.
 
 B: 1/2 paleo 'biscuit', 1 egg, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1/2 oz raw cheddar cheese, 1 cup canteloupe cubes, coffee with goats milk
 
 L: cold chicken and roasted sweet potatoes, raw carrots, apple.
 
 D: pumpkin beef casserole, salad.
 
 Snacks: handful of mixed nuts, banana, 1/2 lara bar before my run, 1/2 after, roast beef and raw cheddar roll ups.

 half a Luna Bar before 20 mile ride
 
 I think i had a chicken salad for lunch, with cheese, tomatoes
 
 went to the LBS to get my new shoes fixed, so while we were waiting went to the Colonial Inn, sat on the veranda and drank a mojito and had black bean hummus with veggies :eek:
 
 fresh pasta (smaller portion than usual) and homemade puttensesca sauce, one small piece of bread from Idylwilde Farms... glad I now live further away from this place than previously
 
 Today:
 one cup of non fat Greek yogurt, blueberries, dried cranberries, almonds, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee'
 
 My car's new power steering pump failed as I was going to a cafe after my first client. So I had a skim milk micha latte while waiting for the *** tow truck to take me to the dealer (an hour in total) so I could get my rental and get to the next client by 1:00.
 
 half a Luna Bar so I wouldn't starve. Got to my office at 2:00, but was afraid my chicken salad from above Idylwidle farms was going bad, despite being in a baggie with a cool pack. I ate a few bites and finished the Luna Bar and dumped the salad. I had a pack of nuts and cranberries at 4 PM
 
 half a whole wheat naan "pizza" with goat cheese, tomato pesto, and mushrooms, half a glass of red wine, 2 pieces of chocolate.
 Hey, this time we only made one naan for the 2 of us and it was fine.

 Chicken salad, with a lots of celery, on ww, small fruit salad, lots of water
 
 Handful of almonds, water
 
 Don't know what I'll have for dinner, may a scrumptious salad, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, craisins, almonds, pineapples, with a little shrimp and raspberry vinegarette dressing. Water or powerade or both.
 
 Snack later on will either be handful of almonds or pistacchios and, of course, more water

 L: big fruit salad, pico de gallo, sugar free applesauce and about 3 oz of bbq chicken breast with most of the sauce wiped off (this was all that I could eat from a HUGE potluck at work!)
 
 D: butter chicken on a bed of spinach
 
 S: lara bar, freeze dried banana chips, roast beef roll ups, 2 apples
 
 Sometimes eating paleo is very hard.  Today, EVERYONE was raving about the key lime pie someone made...I had to skip it.  Ugh.
