Holding steady at 136. I had a great exercise week and nutrition was fine. Maybe I'll see some loss next week.

217.6. That cold didn't help, but it's finally over and I'm off to the gym today!
157.4 (even though there were some cookies and a lot of bouncing around with my weight this week). Hopefully that will stick (and go down!).
118.8 - I think it's the same as last week.
Another week of updates. Another week of me not quite getting back on the bandwagon. I have been eating a bit better though, so I don't think of it as total failure. :)

154 today :) It WAS 153.3 the other day, then it was 156...I think it must have to do with hydration, that is the only thing that makes sense given my level of exercise and my nutrition.
156 for me.
142.6
going the wrong direction but not as bad as I expected considering . . .
168.2 not a great week but not the worst week ever. I find if I sleep bad or don't get enough sleep I have a much harder time making good choices. Bad food is just easier and when I am over tired I don't have the energy to cook healthy food. I need to work on sleeping more so I can change that.
147 again.

I'm always a day late and a dollar short...but as of this morning 130.5 on the gym scale.
182.2 yesterday- before 90 minutes of snowshoeing, and then 2 hours of cross-country skiing today. Even if I didn't lose, I had a blast!
weighted in yesterday morning but forgot to post 183.2
233 I think. Give or take. I'm in Florida at my mother's house. We buried my grandfather yesterday. He was 87 and passed really peacefully on Wednesday. I did get home in time to see him, but he'd already slipped into a coma. My grandmother is handling it well, I think, but she's not well, either.
My father died in November - I was here, then, too, and spent the week before he died with him. He and Granddaddy both died in hospice care. I swear, that is an amazing group of people.
The funeral was beautiful. They gave him military honors, with "Taps" and everything, and then two young Navy seamen folded the flag and presented it to my grandmother...I was sitting right behind her. It was so moving.
I'll be heading home in a day or so and I'll be able to get back on my workout routine then. Diet, too, although I really enjoyed the casseroles from the church ladies. I don't get casseroles in San Diego.
