lol. I thought the same thing but will try just about anything once. And I have to say, the brownies are very fudgey! Surprisingly, I like them. We'll have to wait and see what the family thinks tonight.

I have been losing weight since January with only one brief plateau. The weight loss has been about a pound a week. The past week I have been on a trip in insufferably hot weather and have been riding little because of a neck/shoulder issue. For the first time in a long time keeping the calories down has been difficult. Yesterday I had a Dairy Queen kid cone. I also had three cookies and milk. And craved more junk. Ack! I ended the day with a Mike's Hard Lemonade to add 220 useless calories. But it was good! My total for the day was 1500 calories. I might even gain weight on a sedentary day on 1500 calories.
Today I am back on track. Apple and smoked fish for breakfast after walking two miles. Spring rolls sans meat for lunch--with plenty of veggies and fish sauce but few rice noodles. Black beans (with lots of Kale cooked in it) for dinner on a rice/dal homemade dosa. 1100 calories. I feel good and not near as hungry as yesterday.
Yesterday:
B: Cereal with 1%
L1: Small portion of leftover fried rice
L2: Giant salad (kale and boxed salad greens) with chicken and Caesar dressing
S: Slice of pound cake
D: Chicken tacos with bell peppers, onions and salsa, tortilla chips
D: mint chocolate chip ice cream

Oh, today was bad...

Licked chocolate off my fingers while making buckeyes, then ate some of the leftover chocolate on strawberries, then sampled the smallest buckeye. Yes, they're good.
I didn't really eat lunch after that...
Dinner: Salad with chicken
Dessert: another buckeye.
Oops.
