173. Official WW weigh in day for me is Sunday, though.
I was just thinking about this while I was out taking a walk -- I recently discovered by accident that I'm putting too much syrup on my waffles every morning. (Long story, my preferred store brand whole grain waffles have been out of stock, so I've been eating Eggos, which don't soak up the syrup as much as the store brand does, making the amount of syrup on the plate much more obvious).
In the past I've found that little things you do frequently can make a big difference in gaining and losing weight. Like using less of a certain condiment or sauce in a meal you eat often, or switching from a full-fat to a reduced-fat option. I like pancake syrup on my waffles (real maple syrup is too expensive for every day) and I switched to the "light" version a long time ago, which cut out some daily calories. But clearly I can use less of it every day and still enjoy my breakfast.
Anyway, this is the fifth day this week that I've gotten exercise. Tomorrow I need to run errands and finish getting my mountain bike ready for its first ride in years. I'm hoping to do 2-3 hours on the C&O Canal towpath on Sunday.
56.5kg's.....meaning...i've met my goal & now just have to accept it. It's hard for me to acknowledge within that i've lost 10kgs...
I have 2kgs to lose to get to my optimal weight for my height/age but am not in a rush...
I've not been on my bike nor swum since june due to my injury and then rehabbing it but have found tons of other stuff to keep me on my toes. I'm allowed to run uphill & have just started doing Mount Street, which i believe is 22% gradient. I do long (1hr to 3hr) walks on either the sand or the purpose built bibbulmun track, jacob's ladder (250 steps) and the kokoda stairs in Kings Park to keep me on my toes..Still doing one personal training session a week but no upper body on the ground stuff (ie push up type things)
Physio exercises are weights based & am up to lifting 17.5kgs for one in particular. I'd have to find the exercise to show but it's not bicep curl things...
146.5 for me this week. Not bad considering that this past week has been very light on activity compared to the previous few weeks.
Waaaaaay behind in my updates. Sorry. Surprise family visit over the weekend. :)

YEAH to goldfinch and crazycanuck! Great job turning the square to a new color (yeah, that happens when you meet your goal, or are at least less than a lb away). :)
Thanks Posse!
I have decided that at 114 pounds (actually, anything less than 115) is acceptable. I am now in normal weight range where I was obese. Now I concentrate on fitness. Today I met with a personal trainer, had an assessment, and Wednesday will be our first session. My upper body strength and core strength are crap. Let's see what I can do about that!
I know the toughest is ahead of me. The odds of me keeping this weight off are extremely low. But those who do manage to keep off the weight are people who watch the scale, pay attention to calories, and who exercise. Every day I keep off the weight the odds improve.
I will likely live my life hungry, fighting my brain and body's urge to put on the weight. For now, I am content with that.
Roxy, have you heard from your doctor yet about the fluid retention? Hopefully it's just a temporary side effect of ending that medication.
Friday!
Holding steady at 114.5
Calorie average per day for the past week was approximately 1400.
136.8 for several days now, my efforts seem to be making a difference :)
Drat. 118.4 today. You'd think with the such a stressful, sedentary week I'd put on a few pounds, not go down.
231.4. I hate plateaus...
148.
That is my end of month goal but I still have about 15 to go overall. Moving along. I am finding with increased exercise (it is race season), I am ravenous. Trying to eat good, healthy food not junk.
156.8 Woo-hoo!
Had a fabulous time this past weekend up in wine country, and the Asti Tour de Vine was great fun. As expected, the rest stops were well stocked with treats (incl a wide array of homebaked cookies and cakes, and donut holes topped with chopped nuts to resemble acorns, so cute). I certainly didn't deprive myself but then again I didn't feel the need to go crazy. Same with our dinners out; I had what I wanted but no more than that.
When I tallied up the points consumed this weekend, best I could guess, the weekly allowance and the APs I earned on Saturday's 65 mi ride (I gave it 22 APs) were out the window. So, after Sunday brunch ;) I got right back on the program.
I'm really happy with how well Weight Watchers is going for me, I'm not losing mass quantities but it's slow & steady and I'm not feeling deprived.
173.
143.2.
It's TTOM.
233.5
Trying South Beach again, upping the weight training to three times a week.

118.8 :( I rode 200 miles last week on my fall break from school, and stayed in the 117's all week but didn't lose anything, but I was ravenous all week. I took the weekend off from cycling, did not really overeat, have ridden 50 miles already this week and tracked on WW - and I am up over a pound from last week. I never use all my weekly points on WW, and had good success until the last few months when I've crept up from my goal (112) to where I am now.
Still at 133.

165.8 ... Getting close to my October goal! Yeah!
56.4 kg's
146 for me this week - a little late due to being out of town...again.
Slow but steady on the fat loss. My weekly travel is pretty much done until January, so I'm looking forward to some more varied workouts (not just all running) and some better nutrition. I'm quite proud of how well I've been able to stick to my goals and plans even with the travel though. :)
Came back to add that I took my measurements last week (first time since starting paleo) and I've lost 5 lbs of fat, I've lost NO lean body mass (which is a miracle considering how little weight training I've done) and I'm down a half inch in my thighs and 1.5 inches in my waist. This is all in 7 weeks. Yay, paleo!
Weekend updating now...

Friday again and I am the early bird.
112 pounds
This is down 2.5, which is probably a blip. I worked with a personal trainer twice this week and she worked me hard. But I barely rode my bikes. Averaged 1369 calories a day, not close to low enough to burn off 2.5 pounds. But I have learned that weight loss is not entirely linear.
I fail. This week was one of those weeks that I just didn't care. I didn't log my food and didn't do any exercise.
Weight: 234.2.
Fail!
But never fear. I will pick myself back up and start fresh today. I'll log my food and NOT go out to eat, even though it's easy when hubby calls and wants to go to lunch. AND I will lace up my running shoes bright and early tomorrow morning and run 4 miles.
119.2. Maybe's it's time to admit that I might be this size for a while, and go buy a pair of pants that will stay up without a belt. Most of the stores that stock 0s are out of my price range, though...
157.8
Eh, up a pound, but I'm still at my goal so I'm content for now.
171.
Didn't make my goal, but 10 pounds in one month was probably over optimistic. I'm happy with the slow steady loss that I am seeing.
Sorry I'm lame and have not been on TE since Oct 12?? I'm at 183 did not meet my goal but I'm also not riding right now. The good news is I will meet my BMI for my health insurance this year so I get a discount and a rebate for last year. Thanx Posse for doing this I'm off to do some retail therapy with that rebate money :D. Congrats to everyone who met their goal!
Hurray - I did not get to my goal but I am back to 117.6 this morning.
144.4.
Oops...I haven't been around here recently either.
Either way, nothing new to report. I am still at 142 lbs, which is 2 lbs higher than my start weight :(
233.4
MillieNZ finally moved to San Diego and she and I have been cycling twice this week and plan a ride next Tuesday, too, if any other TErs in San Diego want to join us at Lake Miramar, 10am.
Roxy
Stayed at 148. I really had a lot of fatigue after racing last Sunday and did nothing active this week plus ate a little too much ice cream. I will call maintaining a win. ;) Don't think I will be 135 for my first mountain bike marathon on the 19th of November but hoping to drop a few more pounds.
Back to 138...grumble, grumble, grumble...
I'll put a post up later tonight for the next 2-month challenge. Still trying to figure out where September and October went. :)
Had an MRI on Friday and some tests scheduled for the 7th. Can't do much due to some lower back/leg thing going on. Hopefully will find out what this is, go to PT and get put back together. :) That's my plan for now, at least. Of course when the doctor says - no working out, I hear - eat all kinds of junk food. Maybe I need to get my ears checked too.:p
I was going to wait until the official last day... 164.8... Almost got there...
I was 142.8 this morning. Taking into account water weight fluctuations, I was pretty much around 143 for the last week of October.
