rotisserie chicken carcass
2 carrots
half a bunch of celery
a cup or so of brown rice
1/2 head of garlic
spoonful of dried rosemary
water

Even though I've been in PA for 11 years, my accent is still the butt of many jokes...by people who say "Aranch" (orange) :rolleyes: The best though...my ex and his family is from Brooklyn, but his sister moved to Atlanta. Her daughter has a brooklyn accent with a southern drawl :eek: It rocks!

Hey, OTG, I think when we go out riding with her next time, we better get cue sheets so when we drop her like a bad habit, we don't get lost in strange territory. (Of course, we both know that she'll be sitting there by the side of the road having a picnic and a nap while waiting for us to catch up. :o)

I just got an email from my spinning instructor. He has a friend who's a new rider. He was looking for direction for bike shops...something that is plentiful in this area, but I am strongly in favor of my LBS, since they're AWESSOME.
So we're going back in forth...on the high end racing bikes, my guys carry Orbea and Kuota and Specialized and Giant...he's in love with Cannondale system 6, which they don't carry
Then he informs me.... well...$ is not an object...her BF (not DH..but BF) just upgraded his Ferrari,,,so $ isn't really a consideration.
