March/April weight loss challenge

179# Count me in for the next weight loss challenge. Thanks for doing this

I am in California visiting my sister - who is not doing well. No scale in the hotel room (she is too sick to have guests overnight). Count me in for next month and I am trying hard not to stress eat, but my exercise has also fallen by the wayside due to my schedule and torn rotator cuff :(

I can only hope next month is better.
