Late post for me as I weighed in on Friday and then jumped in the car to travel for the weekend! Anyway, I was 150.3 on Friday.
I forgot to post my weight- Sat it was 135.2- no change
maybe if I weigh right after IM.. hehe
I'm still catching up too. :)

Woooot! I have reached my goal!
130.6 pounds :D  :D
Last October I weight 180 pounds, who would have figured :) I am very busy tomorrow so we will make this my official weight this week. Part of tomorrow includes a 65 mile ride, and I don't want to report a lower weight just because of needing hydration.
I really do not want to lose any more weight. I am a little concerned that if I lose much more that it will affect performance on my bike. I will likely continue in the next challenge to help me maintain/keep an eye on things.
oh my! that is awesome! When I was a teen, racing... I actually became too thin to race well. The bigger girls has me on the hills. I went from being the best to... well... a victim of my own weight issues. :(
AWESOME, CATRIN!!! 50 pounds in 10 months! When you break it down to 5 pounds a month, it doesn't seem too daunting. That's a very healthy pace to lose the weight.
Congratulations!!
I have started to lose weight again, was at a plateau for a few months. Am trying to figure out how to fuel my body for endurance to assure that I've the calories I need without eating too much. I've been in weight-loss mode for long enough that it is really hard for me to eat more than 1500 calories on a non-long-ride day - but I think I need to in order to stabilize my weight.
Thanks for the congratulations - a short year ago I didn't dream that I would ever see this weight again :D
Catrin- way to go! You have done amazing things in the last year.
Good luck on managing your maintenance weight- it is always a little confusing.
154.4 this morning. I need to focus for the rest of the challenge until 9/2!
207.8 for me this morning. I have completely fallen off the wagon for this challenge. But as of last week, I've started picking up the training again. Just need to get back on track with the eating too now. I have high hopes for the next challenge, but have given up on this one.
125.6 today
Catrin, that is awesome! Congratulations! I'm at 132.5 this morning so not heading in right direction but it's pretty darn simple: exceeding WW points + not enough riding = wrong direction. Started off right this morning with a great ride on a beautiful NE morning so determined that this week will be better. I need to stop letting work get in the way of my riding time!
Huff & Puff:
Hudson? I bike through there on the weekends! :)
I have my loop that involves going from 117 (bolton?) to 85 to 16 (Milford -- but sometimes I take a shortcut to my mom's from Hopkington to Holliston)
There are never any cyclists on 85 - so if you see one on a Saturday -- that's me! (if there is a person with a camelbak, a black bike, black Sidi's, and white helmet)
229.4
damn
152 - wah! :(
My digestive system has not been normal since the Crater Lake Century, for some reason. I did take my measurements and my bodyfat yesterday, and it's down (21%...getting there!)...so this isn't fat. It's just frustrating.
110.8 After weeks around 112.
I think I'm a little dehydrated and wouldn't be surprised to see it go back up again. On the other hand, I did ride 66 miles on the weekend, and 37 during the week so far, and have been pretty good about keeping OP with Weightwatchers.
Have a good and healthy week.
123.8 :)
MAYBE I'll see 122 something next week.
Keep running, swimming & biking.
Keep eating "clean"
Limit wine intake:(
K
I will watch for you if I'm on that end of Hudson. I'm mostly on the Stow/Sudbury side, but occasionally go through Bolton - blue bike, red camelbak, silver helmet. Have you tried the Hudson to Marlborough bike trail? Think it's the Assabet River trail. Fun for a change from the road sometimes and good stop at Ariba coffee
Catrin -- congratulations! How about a before and after photo so we can ooh and ahhh over your bad self? :D
Sorry, forgot to post yesterday. I am 147 this morning. Will have to sign up for the next challenge me thinks!
I am doing terrible with losing weight.... 160 lbs for me...
Holding steady . . . 161.4
On a positive note, I had my dr. appt. this morning. From 7 months ago to today, I've gone from 33% Body Fat to 24% :D
And from 30% muscle to 37% muscle :D
Doc said if I keep doing what I'm doing, I should be down to our goal of 20% BF and 40+% muscle by early spring :)
limewave, that's AWESOME! Keep up the great work!
I'm back down to 144.5. Looks like my challenge is caput, what a rollercoaster. :(

147 lbs on Friday. Forgot to post it. Thank yoU!
I cannot believe I eeked it out.
159.0
:)
126.2
150.1 for me. I SOOO wanted to break into the 140's...but it was not meant to be this time around.
The good news is that since the beginning of the summer, I've droped 9.8 lbs total and 11.9 lbs of FAT! :D I took a 'before' photo on Memorial Day weekend and my 'after' photo yesterday. I can SEE a difference! Yay!
(now to keep it going and get to my final goals by the time next spring rolls around!)
I have so totally bombed out on this. :(
155. slow going!
131.5
right direction but maybe I am just back where I started
130.8
Posse - you forgot to update my weight last week - though you made a wonderful comment about my reaching my goal :D
It is actually good to see someone else do what I've been doing all week. So we can blame the change of season :) Thanks for all of your work in taking care of the spreadsheet - that is a lot to keep track of!
228.6
At least it's still in the 20s.
Roxy
I knew last week was a fluke. 112 mid-week but 113 today.
152.4 - not quite what I wanted but I still made progess
Still 147 lbs. Oh well, I didn't gain!
I've been sick in bed for a week, and still managed to gain half a pound - how is that even possible? UGH At least I've lost a little this challenge.
Sorry for the delay in catching up - and for not adding in your number last week Catrin!
I'll post a thread this weekend for the next challenge - post in that thread (not this one, or I may miss it) if you want to be involved in the next 8-week challenge! :)

148lbs - that does not make me happy. Oh well - are we having another challenge?
Thanks a lot,
Martina
