		My first race 
before;
two bananas
Turkish apple tea
Orange juice
After;
Entire body weight in bananas, oranges and apples( they were free!1) I must have had about 5 bananas,two apples and unlimited orange smiles( I love it when fruit is cut up for me:D)
Then;
fresh baked quinoa biscuits with quince paste and Parmesan 
Salad( avocado, red cabbage, green pepper with balsamic and mustard)
Steamed green beans, carrots, okra and chinese mushrooms. I think elephant ears and the one that look like tentacles.
Red quinoa( with hot sauce yum!)
