Managed my goal of holding steady through two weeks of travel. Now down 2 lbs after a week at home. 178.2.
I am 151, although I had tougher rides this week. Must be Maggie's endless strawberry birthday cake with strawberry icing.....
Sigh, if only I had willpower.
Woohoo, finally not 159 or 159.5. This week 156.
I'm the same... Sigh...
139.4. :) Wow, I sorta never actually thought I'd see the 130s again. I've been sick all week so I've missed all of my spin and swim classes and just ate what I wanted. I figure getting better was better than losing, but I somehow lost anyway. (now if I can just knock this stupid cough)
Whoa. I just realized this means I've lost about 10 lbs since last year. Whoa.
152 this week. Was to afraid to weigh last friday
124 this week! woo hoo!! :)
:(:(:(:(I knew it would nto be good:(:(:(:(
120.2. UP!
Oh well, there is always next week!
Maybe this is like the Biggest Loser and I'll lose all the weight I gained and then some!
Today: 211.2
Goal: 205
6 pounds to go to goal Yes!
Down almost another 2 pounds this week. I have noticed that in the last few weeks, since I've shortened by distances but worked on increasing speed (in preparation for going the bike leg in a Tri tomorrow) that my weight loss seems to have returned to a steady loss. So, maybe the change in routine really helped!
178 today.
Dreaded getting on the scale. The whole family walked to the bakery this morning for donuts  I guess that pound won't show up for a day or two.
Daggone it. Steady at 140. I guess I gloated too much last week in anticipation of getting to my "highest acceptable weight" this week. My body obviously doesn't want to get back down there. Maybe next week. :(
9/26/08 Weight: 134
Same this week. I suppose that's a good thing considering I took my sister out on her 21er, at lots of pizza, drank for the first time in like 8 months, and was up 2 pounds on Wednesday. I suppose considering all that, I'm happy with "same."
And this weekend will be a good jump start on next week's back to healthy. Lots of riding!
172.8 - a miniscule loss, but a loss.
147.5 for me.
For the past two weeks I missed, I also weighed 147.5. At least I am consistent, but would really like to get closer to 145...144..143...and so on.
139.6 here. First time I've been in the 130's this year! Hope to continue the loss and put the 140's behing me!
 154lbs
Unfortunately, menstruation and lack of sleep have overridden the achievements of the past weeks. I continue cycle between 150 - 200 miles a week but the lack of sleep (typically I sleep between 3-5 hours during the week, 5-7 on the weekends) prevents me from loosing weight. I've seen that in past. Body stores the energy to be able to keep being awake.
Once this semester is over, I'll sleep again!
Btw, all of you in the challenge - GOOD WORK! I keep watching your progress and you are great inspiration and even better competition to me!
GLC, as usuall, thanks for all the work with the table. I can only imagine how much work it is to dissect the data from all the comments.

Back on track... down this week to 168.4.
Tring to get back to cardio 5-6 days a week no matter what it is.
Feeling better about the workouts again and the eating. What's not to feel good about eating?! :D
Seriously, though, more vegis, less other gunk! Here we go -- hopefully will be able to continue thru next week as well.
J
66.1kg
229.5
Heh. I think my scale is broken, since it only wants to weigh in half pound increments these days. Silly scale.
Uh-oh - wrong direction this week...
140.8 (Last week I was 140.2)
Time to turn it back around!

YAY!! i finally bought a new bathroom scale.
I've been feeling the padding come back, but on the scale it does not look too bad. (so i feel slightly less gross.. but still gross)
over-trained the week before and earlier this week.. so the left achilles is a little tender. going to refrain from moving too much until MONDAY. then gonna stick to nice flat rides. :D
now at 136lbs
Well, the home scale says about holding steady... put down 124# for me again this week.
134.4 this time.
I know now that my scale is highly unreliable. I've suspected this for quite some time. I had a doctor's appt this week, so I weighed myself before I went (fully clothed). They weighed me 20 minutes after I did and I was two pounds lighter. Then I weighed myself again when I got home and I was three pounds heavier than before the appt. I have no idea what I really weigh
138 lbs this week.
after my whirlwind trip to utah and vegas I'm back pretty much to where i started at 121 :( i tried to be so careful with what i ate and portions but food choices were harder on the road). Also with my injuries - i couldn't go out running when walking hurts my knees. lots of ice in ziploc bags! Did manage a fun bike ride in Zion and a short hike with the bike. i guess not being able to run will get me on the bike more - i may post about my first real trail ride and crash today.
I didn't post last week, but this week I'm at 133.
I have been MIA...not wanting to get on the scale for all the usual reasons. :(
It is almost Oct and I need to make some fitness progress. I was 156.8 for this past week. I will be more diligent about reporting weekly until the end of the challenge.
Thanks.
I weighed Friday - just forgot to post:rolleyes: Back up to 226:(
CA
back up for me too, though with a muscle spasm thing going on in my neck, i've not been able to do anything at all, but eat of course.
178 UGH
This week was so bad :[ I've been out of my meds for four days! And finally got it refilled this morning. I'm ADD, but I googled what I am taking, and it just so happens the med I take is also prescribed as a weight loss medication. Who knew? Anyways, I'm coming in at a bloated 173 thing week
Hopefully I can drop it, fast!
Fri. Oct. 3: 209!
4 pounds to my original goal weight now but think I'll still keep that goal--if I go lower than that, great! If not, well, let's just say I HOPE I can lose 4 pounds in the next 4 weeks!
I think the change in going back to longer rides really shocked my body, because I'm losing like crazy now. :) I'm enjoying it while it lasts, too! :D
Heading in the right direction: 154.5
We have 4 weeks to Halloween and my goal does look obtainable, unless I spend 3 weeks steady like I started.
140.2. Up a little this week. I'm not sure if it's because it's my first full week of back to back workouts and I'm just retaining water, or if I've over eaten, or if it's because I over ate when I was sick. I just don't know.
I'll have to work hard at watching everything this week. And if I'm up again next week I'll start actually writing everything down.
Sigh, being in the 130s, even though it was just barely, was such a boost.
149! Yay, I broke 150 for the first time in years!
124 again. Held steady from last week. But we had a family birthday this week (caramel apple pie around the house all week!), and it wasn't my best work out week. So I'm glad I wasn't up in the end.
And I'm so proud of everyone! It seems like a lot of people are really moving towards their goals!!

I am so tired.
10/01/08: 133.5 lbs
Sore. Tired. Did I mention sore? I just started my spin class back up after the summer off. Ouch.
P.S. Very sore.
140.6 - only 2 tenths of a pound.
sigh
Lynette
134.6. Pretty much the same as always.
GLC - please "hide" me for now. I'm not going to weigh in again until 10/31 :(
Thanks.
OT - I'm really enjoying your blog :D
