After my day of hoofing it up and down and up and down and up down Arden Mall and the ugliest road in Sacramento in scorching heat, my thighs just melted into large blobs of goo. I don't see any tightening. Matter of fact, they's quivering. :(

Ah, yes... quivering today, tight in a couple of days. And it won't be from the lactic acid, either, Baby!! :)
