Why is it 47 degrees at 5:30 AM, but raining/thundering? I was planning to take my first "dark" ride this morning. I find these short, early AM rides so peaceful and serene and I need to get back to them. If I can't commute, at least I can do this.

Do I REALLY need to explain to you why this is not an acceptable status? I won't comment on it there, because I don't plan to get jumped for messing with what is "all good fun" in the boys' club. But - you have female customers too. What makes you think this is OK? My relationship is built on mutual trust and respect, and I really don't appreciate this stereotype.

That was too easy. I googled "silver series bike" and had 2 likely hits. Gary Fischer and Lynskey. I have to say I was surprised to learn it was on the Lynskey Facebook page....
That's gross. And sad, that a small company thinks they can get away with cr*p like that (and they're probably right). :( :mad:
Along the same lines, I just discovered that one of the LBSes around here offers what they call a "manvoice". Basically, it's a fudged invoice that will show any numbers the buyer wishes... :mad:
I don't understand why people and companies think it's ok to deceive others, especially loved ones, about finances. :(
