I'm not sure that's neurotic - I'm not sure I'd want something 4 or 5 times my size leaning over me, either, ol!
She's got an adorable face :)

He is my pride and joy!
Oh Nigel is so cute.
I love seeing all these wonderful pets.:)
Thanks Trekhawk! I just adore him...
Nigel is sooo sweet--just look at his smile. :) I bet he's an excellent listener too.
Here's T Rex who comes to visit on occasion:

Is T Rex a yorkie??? My parents have 2 yorkies and they are great dogs...
Adorable pic, by the way!
T Rex is a 4.5 lb yorkie who tries his darndest to boss my german shepherds around. He expects to be treated like royalty. :)
Just like a yorkie!!! They don't know that they are little dogs...
Decided to enter my kids in a local pet photo contest. You can view the entries here:
http://www.folsomtelegraph.com/user/...category_id=55
I entered two photos on August 28, 2008 (right now they are at the top of the second page of entries) -- the two sleeping beagles and the two sitting beagles (the photo I previously posted to this thread). My babies -- Snoopy and Lucy! :D
My other fav (besides my own, of course!) is the one of the two boxers.
The pic of them sleeping is beyond cute!!!
:) I vote this the SMILE thread. If you don't break out a huge smile when viewing this thread you're hopeless, LOL.
A must see if you're in a grumpy mood, I love looking at all the beautiful, sweet pets grin~a~licious!:D
I'm thinking we are pretty lucky to have our critters in our lives, cool beans!
Here's my Ruthie. She's a schizo 2 year old calico. My old neighbor's cat had just had kittens and they were moving. The new place would only let them keep one pet, so if I didn't take her, she would have gone to the pound. The thing was, I was deathly allergic to cats, and to that point had never really been a fan of them. Well a month of constant sneezing and wheezing finally ended, and she has become a source of constant love/frustration/amusement for my entire family. Everyone that has met her has said they've never seen a cat like her. I don't know if that's a good thing or not:p And the name Ruthie was in honor of my friend who passed away 3 days before they gave my kitty to me.
The first picture is the day I got her. She was so tiny! The second picture was last week, in the spot I've been finding her when I come home. The last picture is also last week, when I picked her up from my aunt's. She makes herself very comfortable wherever she goes:rolleyes:
And this is the pose I'm most likely to see her in:

The last pic--LOL!! :D :D
All these pet pictures make me wish I had a pet! All we've got is a beta fish, Mr. Fishy, in a 10-gallon tank. I know, Mr. Fishy, real creative...but it's easier than Leviathan, which is what my DH picked out.:p
But for good measure, here's Carmel, the dog my family got back when I was in high school (and I still think of her as mine, even years later):

There, even got a bike tire in! I liked how lots of people had bikes or parts of bikes in pictures of their pets. :)
