Dear Self,
What is wrong with you? Where is your motivation? A 1/2 marathon in less than 4 weeks and you have fallen off your TP. You have gained 7 pounds since Pike Peak. You don't exercise before work or after work! You are pushing 50 (ok only 48 now) and must find a way to keep moving. Why AM I still on the couch on my day off w/ laptop on my lap--go visit the TM in the garage that you just bought!
