Sunday: whole wheat bagel sandwich with low salt ham and provolone, an orange, tea
coffee
chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, cup of butternut squash soup
pita chips and Machengo cheese, hummus appetizer
chicken breast with apricot/balsamic vinegar sauce, butternut squash, salad with veggies
small cheesecake brownie
I haven't been exercising much, as it's taking me a long time to get over this bronchitis. My weight's been OK, but body fat has been going up :mad:.
