Rode 2 hours :)
Post ride - Trader Joe's multigrain tortilla chips and a glass of milk - need to start stocking chocolate milk again :)

B: 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 egg whites with one real egg (scrambled), 1 piece of Trader Joe's sprouted grain toast, skim milk and coffee
S: Apple
L: Salad greens with a roasted skinless chicken breast (onion, chopped sweet peppers, walnuts), and skim milk
1 hour bike ride :)
Post-ride snack: 1/2 Hammer almond/raisin bar, cup of skim milk
D: Trader Joe's chicken sausage (1 link), with a LOT of steamed broccoli, 1 piece sprouted grain bread, 1 beer (yummy Bad Elmer's Porter from Upland)

Good lord, my diet looks disgusting in comparison. My students returned to school from a week's holiday today and my meals reflect how I feel about this Monday. The golden arches are involved and its demoralizing. But I've cooked my meals for tomorrow and here's what it involves:
Breakfast: Toast and peanut butter. Green tea
Snack: Oreos and crackers. (The Oreos will mostly be eaten by my students)
Lunch: Brown rice porridge, stir fried veggies, steamed fish with ginger and soy, green bean omelette
Pre-training snack: Cheese and multigrain crackers from Ikea.
Post-training meal: Fried rice and chocolate milk.
