D: A delightful Cajun chicken/shrimp saute with veggies and brown rice - then toasted in a wrap. Lots of oil, and probably way more fat and sodium than I need in a week - but very yummy!
I doubt the 40 minute strength training session + 90 minutes spinning that followed this made up for it...
S: bran cereal with skim milk - was really craving carbs...so figured I would get some with fiber :)
