I keep going between 139 and 140. 140 for me today.
151 again this week.
134 this morning.
115.2 this morning --- yikes!
Well. LeeBob is still in HI, and we're arranging to move his dad closer to us in the Bay Area. His dad was in a pretty bad car accident in early May (which is why Lee has been out there) but fortunately dad's recovered enough to make the move. With all the necessary arrangements and ancillary bs it's been a godawful stressful month, to say the least. Lee is returning with his dad a week from Monday, at which point our lives will resume, sort of.
Ah, but there's a sliver of a silver lining -- I've had no problem whatsoever keeping the weight off! (I tend not to eat much when I'm very stressed).
So my official WW weight is now 143.8, another new low.
Um, yay? :p :D
Jo, I'm so sorry about your FIL. I hope he continues to heal and that the move goes well. Kudos on the continued weight loss though!
Good job, JoBob.
104.2 this morning.
My weight goes through the same pattern every week. I reach my low point on Friday or Saturday morning. The only difference is that the higher weight is a lower number now.

135. Still. I seem to be stuck.
105 this morning.
Not good, I know I have been eating like a pig.
134 this morning
142.0. Steady is better than gaining, I guess, though not what I had in mind.
For the first time in more than 20 years, I have stopped taking Depakote every day to control migraines. I've been on a low dose for several years and stopped it altogether on June 1 to see if I still need it at all. On higher doses, it had a big affect on my appetite, so I'm curious to see if dropping from only 250 mg per day to 0 will do anything. Of course, a week from now I might decide I need to go back on it, depending on how my head behaves.
140 for me. Can't complain.
116.4 - having a hard time not snacking after riding a lot. So the scale is pretty much stuck.
Yeah, I think the long weekend rides are causing problems with me. Generally I find that I'm hungrier than usual for several days after a long ride, so for the past month or so I've tried to eat more for the dinner and breakfast afterwards, and I guess I've gone overboard.
I would like to say that I've gained a bit of muscle over the past couple of months, and maybe that's true since I probably lose a bit over the winter and build it back up when I start riding again in the spring. But that would probably account for less than a pound at most.
168.
Been insanely busy (parents here/work/work/workworkworkwork) the past couple weeks, and I know I ate a TON of good/rich food with the parents, so I'll take steady for now. This week will be rough, but if I can get 3 commutes in it'll help, so I suppose that's a sub-goal for the week :)
Catching up ...

216 I guess I am getting rid of the few pounds I gained when I started cycling
133.5. Yesss!! That makes 6.5 lost since the beginning of March. Going to a wedding in August at the beach; Time to ramp it up and drop the last 6-8 in the next 6 weeks. It will take a concerted effort, but I can do this.
142.6.
The last thing on my mind this week has been fat. I gained at least 3 lbs of water while I was sitting at my desk last Friday afternoon. Realized I hadn't gotten up for a long time, stood up, legs felt like stuffed sausages. It was the worst on Monday-Tuesday, and it stayed until Wednesday. For several days it was so bad my sandals were digging into my feet.
I don't know why it was so bad. I was actually wondering if having the Depakote out of my system was having a bizarre effect on me. A hormone swing might explain some of it, but not the severity or duration. There was nothing unusually salty about the food I was eating, and once it started I made an effort to avoid salty foods.
And I don't know what to do about it. I kept my feet elevated but that didn't seem to help. I don't want to take diuretics but I have no idea what else to do.
Anyway. I'm leaving on Sunday to visit my parents for a week, and their low-carb diet usually leaves me hungry and losing weight, or not gaining at the very least. So we'll see how things go.
104
I am surprised it is that low. I've been eating like a pig.
NY, I use a timer at work. I set it for 25 minutes and when it goes off, I get up and move around for 5 minutes (also with a timer). Sometimes I do pushups, sometimes I just take big steps like Monty Python. If I had stairs, I'd go up and down the stairs a few times. Something like that might help.
104.6
I've been feeling a bit off since Wednesday. Yesterday, it got worse, started having cravings for carbs. Woke up this morning, ate and then proceeded to not only spend extra time in the bathroom, but started a queasy feeling that happens about once every 5 years... diarrhea, following by throwing up. Thankfully, the second one didn't happen, because last time it did, I was still teaching and I had to run out of my class and I spent about 30 minutes laying on the woman's room floor, thinking I was going to die there! I left early for my client, went to to the drug store and bought Pepto, as I had none in the house. I felt horrible all morning, better now, but not great.
Ach, I have friends coming for dinner and am leading a ride tomorrow.
But, I bet I've lost weight.
I'm still stuck at 226. Been eating very well, and exercising well. Not many carbs, lots of salad, lots of lean protein. Getting frustrated:(
139. Hmmm back down 1#
116.4 before the 32 mile ride, 115.4 after, but I was probably dehydrated, so I'll stick with the first number.
Stuck back at 134ish again...but I have been falling back into old habits (not eating quite enough) but that will change next week. I am not starving myself, just so much going on that it is hard to eat properly and the budget is extremely tight this week. All of this will improve in another week :)
Amazing how my weight always springs up just a bit when my calories start dropping even a little and they don't have to drop very far from my target for this to happen. I still think some of this is fluid retention from hard efforts and I've learned the only way to take care of it is to take two full rest days from all exercise and my weight drops at least 2 pounds. I don't normally take off two real rest days in a row...
Crankin, I hope you are feeling better now!
128 Friday morning. I saw 126 earlier this week, and 130 this morning. The variability is driving me somewhat crazy.
166 this week.
We'll see what happens this week. Am seeing a bunch of old/out of town friends for meetings the next three days so there will be much revelry....
150.5 on Friday morning
I've a hard workout tonight, so am weighing in today to avoid the fluid retention tomorrow :o
133.1 this morning.
104.4
I've noticed my weight is staying more stable over the course of a full week. It still goes up over the weekends, but not as much. I wonder if it's because I've switched my rest day to Tuesdays, when i really rest, and there have been a few weeks I've actually taken 2 full days off.
215. Uh, back where I started. lol
