UGH Up 185.2. Not sure why I am heading up instead of down. Trying not to get frustrated
131 today. Oh well, at least it's a downward trend.
129.5
My first sub-130 measurement of the new year! The holiday damage is slowly being reversed. :) My lowest reading in the fall was 126.5 (saw that twice!) so 3 more pounds to make up all the ground I lost during my holiday baking extravaganza! I can do this, I can do this.....
168.0 one more pound and I am back to my pre-holiday weight. I still can't believe how much I ate and gained over the holidays.
155.5 today :)
I'm at 156.... off to a slow start, but I'm loving this motivation. : )
157 again this week:mad: No change but the podiatrist told me no running for a week....bummer. Maybe I'll make up for it next week.
Susan, that must feel great! Congratulations.
158.5. I saw 157.5 earlier in the week but I took my son to McD's yesterday on his way to his dads and caved. I shared an Angus burger with the dog but I ate all the fries:p
147.0 for this week.

Holding steady at 136. I had a great exercise week and nutrition was fine. Maybe I'll see some loss next week.
217.6. That cold didn't help, but it's finally over and I'm off to the gym today!
157.4 (even though there were some cookies and a lot of bouncing around with my weight this week). Hopefully that will stick (and go down!).
118.8 - I think it's the same as last week.
Another week of updates. Another week of me not quite getting back on the bandwagon. I have been eating a bit better though, so I don't think of it as total failure. :)

154 today :) It WAS 153.3 the other day, then it was 156...I think it must have to do with hydration, that is the only thing that makes sense given my level of exercise and my nutrition.
156 for me.
142.6
going the wrong direction but not as bad as I expected considering . . .
168.2 not a great week but not the worst week ever. I find if I sleep bad or don't get enough sleep I have a much harder time making good choices. Bad food is just easier and when I am over tired I don't have the energy to cook healthy food. I need to work on sleeping more so I can change that.
147 again.

I'm always a day late and a dollar short...but as of this morning 130.5 on the gym scale.
182.2 yesterday- before 90 minutes of snowshoeing, and then 2 hours of cross-country skiing today. Even if I didn't lose, I had a blast!
weighted in yesterday morning but forgot to post 183.2
233 I think. Give or take. I'm in Florida at my mother's house. We buried my grandfather yesterday. He was 87 and passed really peacefully on Wednesday. I did get home in time to see him, but he'd already slipped into a coma. My grandmother is handling it well, I think, but she's not well, either.
My father died in November - I was here, then, too, and spent the week before he died with him. He and Granddaddy both died in hospice care. I swear, that is an amazing group of people.
The funeral was beautiful. They gave him military honors, with "Taps" and everything, and then two young Navy seamen folded the flag and presented it to my grandmother...I was sitting right behind her. It was so moving.
I'll be heading home in a day or so and I'll be able to get back on my workout routine then. Diet, too, although I really enjoyed the casseroles from the church ladies. I don't get casseroles in San Diego.

Just got back from 2 week vacation. Too nervous to brave the scales. We ate out more than we anticipated. Taking the next two to 3 days to detox. I'm anxious about Friday's weigh-in . . . Dun, dun, dun!
151.5 lbs ...
Thanks Martina
2-week vacation limewave? Where did you go? Hope you had a blast.

Still at 136. Sigh.
whoa, wrong number entered for me on the spreadsheet!
I was on vacation last week too, so will just weigh in this upcoming Friday. I think it will end up being a wash. Got a workout in every day I was gone, including 3 runs (one of which was 10 miles) and 2 swims ( (I love having active sisters!) but the inevitable restaurant meals surely offset all that activity. We went bowling too. I wonder if that counts as exercise?? :D
Susan
Frustrating - I guess this is just how the body works. Most of my exercise is during the week and my calorie intake is a little lower than the weekends. The weekends I tend to take it a little easier on myself, sometimes I take the two days off, or I do different things that are less intensive - and I eat more.
My weight is always 3-4 pounds lower on Monday (yesterday it was 150) - but then by Friday it is always up a couple of pounds. This is perplexing to me, but considering how quickly the inches are going away I suppose I shouldn't complain :p
I moved over the weekend and am up to my ears in boxes so I didn't get to weigh in. I will weigh in again this weekend, if I can find my kitchen... I'm guessing eating out for the past few days isn't going to show so kindly on the scale...
190.5 :d
Getting closer to my goal- 117.4 :-)
Wednesday night I was up, 179, yikes but weighed again in the morning and was 176. I need to get a consistent routine of when I weigh.
169.0 not the correct direction. I seem to be having two good days and then I pig out on really bad food.
Still at 156
152 this afternoon..
