Sorry I'm a bit late reporting. Weighed in at 212.6 this week. No improvement but not surprising having been out of the gym for the week with a bad cold. On the mend now and itching to get back in shape.

158.8. Here is the thing, I haven't been an angel this week, but this is a crazy gain. I did get a new scale.....:rolleyes:
154.5 - what a gain ! I don't do anything different though - only expecting menstruation soon. I guess that might explain the gain.
Still hanging in there: 231.4 this morning.
Lots of traveling the last couple of weeks, sad stuff going on, but I'm hanging in there.

I am soooo happy that I wasn't a total train wreck yesterday! I ate a very small amount of everything and left the table satisfied and not ready to burst!!!
My DH and I rode 24 miles in the morning, so we pre-burned a few of the calories before eating them last night at the Thanksgiving dinner.
122.7 (happily less than last week despite indulging last night)
135... wrong direction! UGH.
Not too good this week. Up to 213.2. I guess the lack of excercise due to this nasty cold has taken it's toll.
233 even this morning, but all things considered, I'm okay with it.

Time for me to come clean - 170.0. Ugh. I'm back on track though - and everything but the turkey is GONE...so there are no excuses!

Last Monday was DH's birthday. He requested carrot cake. I complied - and had a couple small pieces over the course of the week. Then came Thanksgiving and all it entails - foods I normally don't prepare or eat plus pumpkin pie (which I LOVE), and my fall-themed gingerbread cookies. I did get in a couple power walks and a short bike ride, but the overindulgence won out and the scale showed it. 137 :(. It's my own fault. Back on track this week.

Not bad, considering the holiday. But with just the 2 of us, the holiday dinner was small and reasonable. Although I did miss my pumpkin pie fix. I need to rectify that. :p

+1 on the Weighwatchers.
28 lbs altogeher since last January, but WW alone was not enough- adding in the cycling has helped me shave off the last 15. I think I will reach my official WW goal by the end of the year, but hope to take off a few more after that.

167.8 that would be 30 TE pounds and 37 total pounds. Thank you Possegal and TE, Friday weigh-ins have really helped keep me motivated. I know when I have lost my way eating the Friday weigh in looming over my head has helped me find my way again. My progress seems sooo slow to me but I feel great and look healthier and 37 pounds is a lot flab to be pushing up a hill on a bike.
135. Yay. Last week's weight scared me. So hard to stay away from the treats this time of year.
