142 for me. I'm on summer break and finding being at home to be a real food temptation. It probably doesn't help that my teenage sons are constantly bringing in great food (a whole batch of chocolate peanut butter cookies last night that his girlfriend baked). I must be strong!!:o

Down to 222 for me. I've had to cut way back to keep losing at all thanks to an injured knee (no exercise for me!). For some odd reason, I lose weight when I cut breakfast. I can cut the calories elsewhere to no effect. Odd - and very much contrary to conventional wisdom, I know.

+1 for me this week.
That's all I care to share at this point, til after the baby arrives--hopefully soon!

253.6
I am surprised I lost any since I went to a funeral out of town and all we did was EAT! I have not exercised since last saturday either. My first real triathlon is Sunday!!!

Not sure if I was super, ultra bloated last week or what! But if someone wants to explain to me how I already dropped 7+, that'd be awesome, cause I'd do it all the time!! It might help that I'm back on my ADD meds which have a side affect of being an appetite suppressant.....

137 for me. I will reserve judgment as to whether this is real loss, water weigh fluctuation, &/or an unreliable scale. That said, today I'm just happy to see a lower number and hope it continues :).
-
131.8 today-- I attribute the 2 pounds lost to switching to whole milk!!
-
Woo-hoo!! :)
136.0 - a loss of 2.2 pounds!
What a good start for me!

129.5.
Having reached my WW goal, I am now on "maintenance" with WW. This moves my daily points from 18 to 21 (which adds 21 points per week total). Ironically, 21 points per day is where I started in November when I weighed 165 pounds. It really is amazing how I could lose weight at 21 points when I weighed 165, but be on maintenance at 21 points weighing 129.
Less body mass requires fewer calories to maintain. I know that. But it's still vaguely depressing somehow. :o

132...I did alot of exercise this week, but ate, too. I am down 1 so I am happy!
-
184.8. I have lost 20lbs since I started dieting in February.

151 for me. I had yet again another cold most of this week which kicked my butt. I was not able to get in any exercise at all:( Oh well, I am feeling better and had the energy to go for a walk today and have plans to go biking with some friends tomorrow. Yahooo

151.8 lb still. Been sick, ate cream biscuits for comfort and didn't exercise. At least I didn't put anything on.
-
159lbs.
thanks for the spreadsheet keeping :)

I need to report a 169 for me. Only gained one pound after vacation with my friends and took a week off of exercising. It could have been worse. So now back to the grind.
-
No change for me, this week.
-
165.8. Slow, but at least in right direction!
JONES: Congrats on the 20lb!!!!!! That's really amazing!
-
Thank you. 20 down 54 to go. I just hope I can hold the course. Jones

I'm at 218. Down two.

I was eating potato chips as I started reading this thread. Than remembered saying I wasn't going to eat chips anymore in an earlier post.
They are now put away.
Glad to have the accountability.

now that's funny. Good job LImewave! I'm sitting here watching my DH eat a brick of dark chocolate all cut up. Good to have you all here!

158.2 oh well... heavy meal last night!

Weighing in a day early as I will be getting up before I go to bed tomorrow to catch the early morning train and start the journey from the end of the world to CA (or at least that's how it seems when you have to get up at 4am, catch the 5:30 train, spend 3.5 hrs on the train just to get to the airport then three flights to get to CA).
Anyway, not much movement this week. Stacks of exams to mark and meetings to rush to kept me too busy and rushed to cycle much. But my weight is ever so slightly down from last week: 211.8. I'll take whatver small steps I get. And next week while in CA I'm sure mom (Duck-on-Wheels) will keep me on track, then the week after is ALC when i'll at least get enough exercise. Hopefully when I get back the numbers will be better...
-
I figured with the holiday folks would be weighing in on varying days, no biggie!
Good luck on your travels UKe, and can't wait to hear about your ride!

I completely spaced on the monday weigh in (maybe because I was really baaaaaaad over the whole last week) luckily, my weight is unchanged. 251.6

I am hanging in at 151. I have been eating more veggies and fruit. I just wonder if it has to do with my Dr changing my thyroid medication. She decreased back in October. I gained about 5-6 pounds within a month or 2 and have not been able to drop it. I have spoken to her about this but she disagrees. Oh well. I will keep trying with eating more veggies and increasing my time on my bike. Good luck everyone.

166 for me. I am back on track.

Too many snotty germs for a trip to the gym tonight, so no weighing to be had for now.

254.2
up .6 pounds..... it could have been worse I have been so hungry this week after my first triathlon. I am sure I did not refuel properly that day. I also had my daughter in for several days from Oregon and ate out much more then normal. My father in law also has been cooking at night and I have not really been eating that much for dinner for a while.

140 - down a little bit - still can't run but I was able to increase walking miles this week & was able to get out on the bike for a few easy rides - knowing that I have to post my weight sure has been helping me decide whether or not to eat something "bad"!!
Thanks Possegal :)

Still 149. But I'm seeing some real definition in my muscles. It's kinda cool, so I suspect I've added some more muscle mass.

Down a half of pound - 141.5. After all the sushi I ate last night, I guess I can't complain.
