True! Three years ago my acupuncture doctor took me off coffee because of some very stubborn tendinitis I was having. Honestly I can't say I noticed the difference in the level of soft tissue inflammation, but I feel way healthier all around. Don't make me leave the house without my green tea though. ;)

True...my roommate is actually the main person who does the gardening but I am learning from her and enjoy doing some of it too (which works out well because we're both busy and it's good to have two of us taking care of it!). I'm looking forward to all those fresh veggies this summer!
