Here's her link:

That website is impossible to navigate. Thanks for the link. I've been looking for that all day!
I just called her family, and they thought she missed the bike cut off- but they missed her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her bike is in the rack, all is well. Well, as well it can be, 15 minutes ahead of the cut off.
I HATE THIS!!!

Go to www.ironmanlive.com, click on the IRONMAN ARIZONA banner at the top middle, and the box that opens has "Athlete Finder" at the top on the left. Click on that, and enter Denise's number, 794.
I'm watching the live feed of the finish line (of course I wanted it to be the live feed of the transition area so I could see Denise! :) ) I just saw one guy cross strong, then fall down. Looked like he was crying as they helped him up. I'd been watching these incredibly muscular, lean women and men cross the line smiling, and I wondered why none of them had fallen down and started crying, as I have done sometimes upon finishing a race. I feel a real kinship with that one guy. I have a feeling that, as time goes on, we'll have more finishers that look like me.
I love how the announcer is saying, "Come on home, (so and so), You Are An Ironman!"
This is so cool. Thanks, Denise, for inviting us all into this amazing event. Our hearts are out with you on that run course.
I had tried that (putting in her bib number) and it never worked for me. The link I got worked so I can keep track now!!!
I can't stay awake till 3AM to watch the finish. I told her family to call me when she finishes, no matter what time it is. 6 hours and 10 minutes left to go.

Good luck on the run!!!
WOW! She has been going for 10 hours! And then some (since she is running now!). It looks like her pace right where she wanted it to be too.
Just thinking about her crossing the finish line... brings tears to my eyes. How amazing of her! I know she is going to do it!
I don't know that I'll make it either - will have to check in the AM. Of course, Hubby has been wondering why I've been running back and forth to the computer all day - especially near the end of the bike leg. Since he's a nightowl, maybe I can con him into checking and waking me up;)
Thanks to all who have been posting updates - they're much appreciated.
Go Denise, GO!!!!!
I don't feel like crying, I feel like vomiting! I want it to be over, and her to be safely an Ironman. That's all I want...

I finally got the live feed of the finish line to work! So EXCITING!
*Starts pondering if I could be an Ironman someday*
I just can't imagine doing this, what an incredible feat of endurance.
We (Denise's husband, son, cousin, nephew and my kids and I) watched Denise ride around the final parts of the bike course and then we went over to where they drop off bikes and transition to the run. Okay, so she must have been VERY fast getting through there because she was gone before we got there but we didn't know that.... as the clock is ticking and we are all so worried she's gonna miss the cutoff... UGH! As several people got stopped, Terrie (her cousin) calls me and says that Nanci (THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU) just called to confirm that her bike time already posted... you just can't imagine the happiness we all felt!!!:D :D :D Anyway, we did have one of the volunteers double check that her bike was indeed racked...WHEW!!!
Great Event! Her family is still there but I'm back at the hotel waiting for the call that she's at mile 16 on her run so I can go back an cheer for her at the finish!!!
WOW, what a fabulous time this is!!!
Tracy
Don't let them forget to call me when she finishes!!!
