I do not know if you have found any yet. I picked up a pair of dominator mountain shoes from Bicycle Village in Littleton Colorado (really Denver address) for around $100:D. They had a number of sizes for both road and mountain. I was in there last week and they still have a table full of these shoes, all 2004 and 2005 models.
