If its a pill you are trying to get her to take, there are some sure way of getting it down her throat.
Get a small syringe 5ml size, fill it with only 1 to 2ml (1cc to 2cc) of water, pop the pill into the cats mouth and shut her mouth so she can't spit it out. Squirt the water from the syringe into her mouth and this will force her to swallow. You only want to us small amount of water because you don't want the water going into her lungs. Syringe should not have a needle obviously. Best done with two people so the whole thing last less than a minute.
Wish you luck.
BTW, it is possible that your cat doesn't pee all that much. If she stops peeing for 24 hours then its ASAP to ER and have her urethra catherized to remove the urine. This is a life threatening situation. Bladder can rupture.
Check every few hours to make sure she is urinating. 1/4 cup is good size. It's possible that she is holding her pee. Next time at the vet, have her urine checked for crystals.

I finally got her pill into her with some tuna juice mixed into the food that I'd mixed with the crushed pill. I think tomorrow I will just crush the pill and put it into a TB or two of tuna juice, since she inhales that stuff.
She seemed better today, No puddles outside of the dirty laundry. The antibiotics + canned food seem to be helping. She was a very happy, lovey girl this evening, too. Purring and mashing her head into us. I think she must feel better...makes us happy, too. :)
