We mostly weigh in each Friday. Some folks prefer Saturday or Sunday or even Monday, due to their own schedules and weighing in for other things, or in my case, due to forgetting. :) So weigh in on Friday if that works, or whatever day close to it that works better for you.
a step in the wrong direction for me this week. 205.2 this morning. struggling to get back into a good training routine, but I'm running out of excuses so I'll get there by next week.
I am 159 for the weigh in. Had some job stress this week and my father-in-law had surgery - I ate too much cookies and candy - my downfall. Back on track now!

Last time I used the candy machine at work was Wednesday... and not 1 but 2! plain m&m's came out. I took that as a sign that the machine was giving me a gift for my diligent usage and a send off toward kicking my candy habit :rolleyes:
