I know now part of the issue was I was running on concrete which beats me up terribly. The other part of the issue was that I was a new runner and my bones and joints hadn't kept up with all the new pressure I was putting on them. They needed some extra healing time. I was icing and using ibuprofen too but sometimes your body needs extra recuperation time. I hope you start feeling better, don't be bummed you are doing great but maybe you should take it easy for a week and heal.
