Count me in for the reward challenge.
Weight this morning on home scale: 145
Goal: less than 140
October 1st I weighed 150. I did a challenge like this with a woman at work in hopes of losing 140 before the Thanksgiving Eatfest with my family. I got down to 143 but bounced back up to 148 by the time I got home. feh Now I'm aiming for that mystical 140 again.
