Well, it does!
C'mon, you can't deny it :D
Mmmm, PIE!
I'm not denying it! But I just had to squint and check, didn't I?
We rode 30 miles from the west entrance of Yellowstone into the park. Here are a couple of pictures of the leaves up thata' way -
The first picture is of the climb up the hill in Ashton, about 40 miles from Yellowstone - it was a hazy day - must have been a fire somewhere.
The second picture is in the park. The area that we rode through is beautiful, although there isn't too much for foilage because of the 88 fire in Yellowstone. I will post more picts of our ride that aren't fall related on another thread.
Beautiful pictures. I'll be sure to get some from around here.
Fall just amazes me. Its so pretty. I haven't seen it in 10 years (7 years in Phoenix and then 3 years in Cold Bay, AK). I'm enjoying every day looking up to the mountains, seeing the leaves change and the termination dust. Everyone hates me around here, but I'm excited for the snow!
Well, even though it's officially Fall, the temps are still pretty warm up here, so the colors haven't really gotten too bright. There are a few signs of Autumn, though... some pictures from my weekend in the Catskills.

some autumn beauties along the road
Threads like this make me jealous, but not as jealous as they used to. I'm suddenly seeing some beauty in where I live. But, Fall, what's that? Is that the week between hot and dry and not so hot and dry?
Watch out for that coyote!
Yeah, TS, that thing looks like it could really tear your leg off!!
It blends well with all of the fall colors  If you blink, you might not see it!!!
That's funny, I hadn't actually seen him! It's also funny, because it could rip your leg off - that is the meanest dog known to man. If he was any bigger, he would have been put to sleep, since he's less than 20 lbs and about 10 inches tall at the withers, I can control him and most people just laugh at him when he attacks.
There is also lots of coyote skat around this walk, never seen one here. I've seen several at another location that I walk. This location is about 100 yards from the Yakima river (thus the trees in the background, no river means no trees).
Later I'll attach another photo of the same walk with Murphy (the aforementioned dog) taking a dirt bath, he loves dirt baths.
Murphy taking a dirt bath - Fall is the best time for dirtbaths as long as you can avoid the goatheads!
I love all the great photos on this thread! Here's a pic I took on my ride with my BF today. It's a cider mill at the town next to mine. As you can see, it is a HUGE fall hang out since they have the best cider and the best donuts around! You can see our bikes over by the left side of the building. :)
